Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
The 2024 Annual Meeting of shareholders of CubeSmart (the “Company”) was held on May 21, 2024. At the meeting, the Company’s shareholders voted on: (1) the election of nine trustees, (2) the ratification of the appointment of KPMG LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for 2024 and (3) an advisory vote regarding the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers.
