Walt Disney Co. (DIS) is working with an adviser on a potential bid for Twitter Inc. (TWTR), Bloomberg News reported Monday.

Twitter shares were recently up 1% to $22.88.

CNBC reported Friday that Twitter has received deal interest from several companies including Salesforce.com Inc. (CRM).
