SGSVF: B2Gold Corp. acquired all of the issued and outstanding Sabina Shares pursuant to a Plan of Arrangement. Each holder of a Sabina Share will receive 0.3867 of a common share of B2Gold (each whole common share of B2Gold, a "B2Gold Share") per Sabina Share held, rounded down to the nearest whole number of B2Gold Shares, and no consideration shall be paid in lieu of the issuance of a fractional B2Gold Share.

BTG buy out,

I see many Sabina shareholders don't like the offer by BTG. They might want to consider they are getting no dividends now and will with BTG.

BTG already has several mines and is producing over 1.3m ounces a year.

No debt and a strong cash position.

Sabina shareholders just need to re invest their dividends after the sale is completed and I suspect they will be very happy in the long run.

Just my take.

I am not saying I don't like our BTG share dilution but, I will continue to buy more shares at a lower price.

What's new with the possible approval? Yay or nay, and anytime soon? Anyone hear anything?

This stock is steadily losing strength! It's been holding its own for awhile now, but the balloon is getting deflated. We need some positive news! An announcement on permitting approval would be wonderful.

It was probably meant for me to buy! Lol.
I knew about this stock for about a decade, when it was really CHEAP!!!
I never took the advice of the smart person who told me about Sabina. I ignored the advice and watched it go to $7 over the years.
So when I saw that their share price was cut in half, and with NON-permanent delays in permitting, I immediately jumped in. I figured it was now or never! Instead of getting in at .25 or less, I'm now in at .80
I wasn't going to make the same mistake twice in my lifetime.
If all goes well with permitting, and gold going up in the future, this stock will FAR exceed it's previous high! IMO

with the discount you have ist easier to sit it out and wait. If the y get it ist a real buy down here.

i am so curious how this year will go further with the Brixit and how the mniners and the metals will react. Is this the beginning of the long wishes turn around in the metal markets?

Yeah, you may be right. But I still believe in the company, and I believe ultimately they will get the approval. Also, I got it at a 40-50% discount. So I'm content, and I can wait.

This is a great company! IMO, it's worth the risk.

The Report follows a lengthy regulatory process during which the NIRB reviewed Sabina's Environmental Impact Statement, which ran approximately 15,000 pages and included numerous technical studies and reports. The regulatory process included a six-day public hearing in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut.

They are waiting to get the approval, still pending. But the consensus is that they will get the permit(s). Idk exactly when though. You gonna have to be real patient with this one. However, since we're in it for the long haul, it doesn't even matter (buy and hold). If/when they announce the approval, this thing will easily double from here. I feel sorry for the others, but I'm real glad I got it a nice discount.

The cutoff grades and g/ton is very impressive
