I agree. It doesn't make sence to RS yet either. Too early in the game. We don't even know about acquisitions , RMs, name of the entity. Too many unknowns at this time to RS.

Given that the approval could come any day, it would seem to be a pretty small window to settle before approval. Therefore I don't think it will happen that quickly.

Seems likely that the MMs will file a motion to reconsider the recent ruling, so that will slow down discovery.
