He converted the preferred shares ADHC gave him into 2 billion common shares and now it looks like he has about 1.2 billion left. He must be one of the sellers. I can't say that positively, but it looks that way.
He took a good company (PTTN) that was earning $8 million a year when he became the CEO. He lost all the contracts he had with California with one of the cities he was supplying gas and heating oil to. He had a partner who had a recycling oil business that parted ways with him because he had a problem with the way Remo was running things. About a year later Remo took PTTN to the bankruptcy court and all the investors lost everything. I say ADHC is a high risk with this guy owning most of the shares.

Anything that Ernest Remo is involved in is usually a scam. He has brought more than one to the bankruptcy court. Be careful how much you risk with this guy.

billion shares. He has more shares than anyone else. They have no money to pay off debt. just pay with shares. To your point about Fast Tracking, I tend to agree. Rarely does the FDA fast track products like these.

Lets be clear this product has all but a zero % chance of being fast tracked. There are billion-dollar companies developing this same technology and have been for years. This was a trade, and that was it. It made it's run to .005 on management twitter pumps and it was sold into. Once this chart fully reset back in Jan it was done. Any moves north will continue to be sold into. I expect this at some point soon to test it lows of .0006 and stay in a range, if it can't hold that....

This will not move without FDA Fast track approval. If the FDA declares this has to do full clinical trials which means years,hundreds of millions of dollars and no money to pay for it. Not a good option.

How are they going to pay for the FDA clinical trials. This company is not J&J or Moderno. So far they only pay their bills with shares. That is a red flag issue right there. Remo stepped down,REALLY. He has more shares than anyone else period. Maybe they should change the name to glucofraud.

bad idea imo! The PA in this ticker for the past 3 months has been a screaming sell! You have any clue as to how much supply is trapped from .0025 up to .005? The management in this company needs to fire themselves! There is no reason why this shouldn't be trading in the trips right now.
