I don't think its necessarily fraud... incompetent leadership comes to mind. They bit way off more than they could chew a few years ago, didn't know how to deal with it while stated some lofty goals, and nothing materialized. They had no business going to the QX without a real execution plan and not just wishful thinking.
There are much worse companies on the OTC for blatant lying and paid promoting/pumping.

Volume is too low to think any MM is even trying that ($2,085) (in my opinion)). My guess is either some lowly retail buyer with a limit order, or LG himself trying to raise the price to make it appear his company value is much higher so he can get more loans against his shares.

Or someone is trying to keep them from losing QX. I think 30 consecutive days below $0.10 and they lose it. I’ve seen no other catalyst to explain this sudden pop.

Too funny.  The mms are trying to take this higher so they can get some idiots to jump in at 10-15 cents when they bought the shares sub nickel.  Once they double or triple their ret, this will go sub penny is my guess

I wonder if the wallstreet partner, Doug Anderson, who did the interviews with Garcia,will be on the board of the next incarnation. And,that other board member Ret.Lt. General. Honore, from hurricane Katrina is still on the board,and he's still virtue signaling from his Twitter,daily!

They don't take calls as I was referring to their secretary girl still taking calls as I guess they may still be in business if not out if cash already 

I never knew they took them to begin with,lol! I emailed the info portion on their site numerous times, and have never received any reply.

LG nor the company no longer takes calls as they never call me back.  I think they are still in business but looking at the stock price, who knows!

LG, reeks of stolen valor the way he operates this thing.

For starters, if some of you didn't dump into the bid, we wouldn't be at this low price. Secondly, if you are willing to hire a lawyer, why wouldn't you spend the money to go to Fresno and set up a meeting with LG.

I lost about $250k.  I remember at one point I was up a $100k too...... worst trade of my life hands down.  Thank goodness I was able to make a decent amount that back through other investments but this crushed me for a two year period and I'm finally free.  The shares I have left I have written off.  Hence, why I'm free.  With all that said, I think I have decent grounds for a investor lawsuit due to financial fraud.  They lied for quarters upon quarters in their fins about bringing a deal in the capital markets, doing M&A and bragging about how easy it is to swallow up little guys, the list goes on

I feel your pain, I lost a ton and my son lost a ton, I have friends that lost a ton on this. I am not selling at this point. I thought about salvaging what's left, but at this point I am so far down that it is pointless to dump. I will just let it sit and see what happens.

They can't dilute.  There are zero buyers.  I may dump my last 100k shares.  I lost a ton of money on LG, a lot!

I am not sure how he would dilute at this point. It isn't worth anything and with basically no volume other than the dumps from retail investors moving on, any type of dilution would just result in this thing being worth absolute zero. I think its just stuck at slowly dying and dragging us with it unless LG finds some way to get people to care. Even that seems like an impossible task now that so much time has passed and communication is nil..
