Being that Tony never paid for control and Lambro kept the books and records this company cannot do any corporate actions such as a name change or RS..This from the mouth of a Finra analyst.These guys are obviously ignorant to due dilly.Its a long way to get to a penny without a reverse to be able to move the shares they bought from Tony and the fraudulent

The fact is they cannot reverse split or they would have already.Tony never paid the $125,000 note to convey control.I know for fact that Finra asks to see documentation on all corporate actions pertaining to control that they cannot provide.

Gday people its JB your Former CEO and savior which is true being I beat Cornell Capital the most ruthless hedge fund of its time to save this company.. I told you Tony didn't pay me for control of this company and Finra knows that to by way of extensive dd prior to any corporate actions . Folks its in your best interest to get with the company and let them know i am still willing to do a deal where a satisfaction of debt will be given to the company from yours truly so control can be conveyed the correct way. As much as they claim to have "the expertise". I don't think they are as sharp as they claim-a R/S is a real blunder, if it goes through. You use the R/S for a 1$ PPS situation to get institutions invovled.

If anyone has held for long period of time, now isn't a reason to get out. You are right the company needs to put something out. Time can get short for anyone looking for a positive edge.

These trades are giving us no clue to the future and for sure don't give the seller any gains. For unknown reasons the company is not propping up the PPS.

OK, things have come and gone. We are up, and then down, then sideways. Do we have access to any public information, or ways to find out where we are now. You are not confused- the company does not currently have these players. CMA is defunct.

I must have been confused by your first post where you said "The Company currently has a client base of approximately twenty (20) recurring revenue clients. Additionally, the Company expects to garner between two (2) and six (6) new additional clients per month via its relationship with CMA."

Where are the clients coming from and what type of clients are these?

CMA is defunct, so does not matter.

If no operations, how is CCAJ getting clients from CMA?

Currently, they are no longer involved in operations. My take is CCAJ is going to make some move to add value to the 25M shares the head hancho bought on open market.
