td has posted more information that shareholders should know than anyone her. Especially you. I'm sure he doesn't appreciate the snide, snarky responses to his posts, anymore than you would. As to what flavor you believe the board should be towards this ticker, in the end it's a discussion board. Discussions aren't one-sided. They need all views, opinions and facts presented.

As to what you see the problem to be here, ironically enough td would agree with you. The remedy you see, however, I doubt very much is as simple as you make out imo.

Respectfully, I think your delivery is the reason why some people here within the forum might feel as they do towards you. Generally, people within these forums have a "One Team, One Fight" kind of attitude from a positive or hopeful perspective. So when something negative is delivered, and it's delivered in a way to make fun of people or poke them in the eye for making their decision to take the risk in such stock, then it is usually absorbed in some people's minds as bashing. Your delivery really doesn't bother me, but I can see how it can really piss off some others. To me, it's ok to say something negative about a stock that's factual, but such a negative slant for a delivery to antagonize people on any stock forum is really not necessary. Personally, I could never have that kind of a heart condition towards anyone, even if they deserved such.

From what I can see, the problem with TWOH is that the previous management didn't know how to follow Canadian Stock Exchange (CSE) regulatory procedures to obtain the vote for shareholder approval. Heck, in my over 30 years of investing, I have never seen anything like this to exist. I would have thought that as long as the US Securities and Exchange (SEC) procedures were met (and they were) then everything was good.

To remedy this, all their lawyer needs to do is to get the shareholder list from the Transfer Agent or coordinate with the Transfer Agent and send proxies out to all of the shareholders to vote. Then send the results in to the CSE. I think they are doing this. It might take a little more time, but because of the team behind it, I think TWOH will get past this and will be huge or that's what I'm choosing to believe for taking the risk.

That's all fine and dandy. It's the source listing that matters. In this case it's a Toronto Exchange source listing. The OTC and any other bourse this trades on is simply a reflection of its source on TSX. Them Canadians in Toronto have some rules that OTC and Nasdaq could with replicating. 
Changing control on TSX is a big effin deal. It requires permission, not forgiveness. 
Getting it tradin' hip hoop hup between 4 liquidation accounts wasn't exactly smart.
