Hey to all the longs, I held/accumulated this from 2014 until end of 2022 before giving up and pursuing other opportunities ($PLTR among them so not all bad). Just checked back in on the price after so long. Bummed I didn't stick around but just wanted to wish you all the Happiest of Holidays as well as Nasrat and the Elite team. You all deserve it! Definitely made the right move Don132. Elite's balance sheet is more like that of a much larger successful Pharmaceutical Company. As a matter of fact some larger Pharmas wish they had a balance sheet like Elite.

Just wary of how things went the last time this 🤡 was in office. Now his folks don't even need qualifications.
Rudy Guiliani outfit supported Purdue and represented them for OxyContin abuses.
And folks thought Elite's ADF would get the support. Never happened.

The huge positive is, I believe once Elite gets rolling with everything, they have launched along with Vyvanse & Percocet by let's say mid-February ... I would not be surprised to hear that the facilities are approaching maximum capacity possibly in June-July .... I would at that time love to see a share repurchase program implemented !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For every x companies that have a successful rs, 10x^nth fail regardless of how seductive the arguments for.
Presently, it is simply not worth the risk. Yes, there are too many shares outstanding, but there are ways to address
this that historically have with great certainty acted to actually increase the value of each share. "Buyback"

it was sub dollar, I rode it twice from those levels. also told board
about eman, subsequent buy out at 2.08, sub dollar at the time
I still will be buying more elite, but volume is not helping,
Eltp did move this year, and I missed it, but we know what long suffering
waiting is all about with elite,
I go back to when He first arrived, shook his hand, got on that ride of a life time
and Ka Poot, dog doo doo, until this year,

I will ride elite into the dollar range, Wild Card is buy out,
hell, rs at these levels would be fine too, catalysts are there!

"Reverse Split". . . Ugh! At this time an unwarranted reverse-split is about the one and only thing that could crater the stock-price and cause irrevocable damage to the company and it's investors. The spectre of such a foolhardy act is in no small way currently acting to keep the price well off it's highs. Hopefully, we stay above $0.50 while people discuss doing a reverse-split. Nasrat's insistence that he would only do a reverse-split from a position of strength should be understood to mean that any reverse-split would be far down the road, after a move to NASDAQ has occurred, or could occur with an absolute level of certainty based upon the company's fundamentals and performance. . . . . . . Anyone who knows of more than one company where a reverse-split resulted in investors holding one one-hundredth of their shares at the same price or less than when the reverse-split occurred please raise your hackles.

That's great to hear about DEA increased the API for generic V and Adderall. But the stock price is a different story. I sold roughly 30k shares this week because of the snail like movement in eltp on the upside and the spread gap between the bid and asked can sometimes be closer to 2 pennies. I know that the company is doing well and has much more upside however Nasrat always tend to screw thing up with Mikah, warrants, and Zacks which irritates me. Long term holder

Can you do math,,? semi annual is twice a year, the DEA upped it to a quarter , , that's 4 times a year

For the 2024 quota year, DEA announced that it intended to allocate procurement quotas to DEA-registered manufacturers of schedule II controlled substances on a quarterly basis, in order to help DEA prevent shortages and be more nimble in its administration of the quota program. A

No, not a chance. We didn't have an obscene amount of inventory, which is what you'd see in the Q2 financials. This will be a good steady climb. Elite doesn't have the financial power to get 5% of the market out of the gate. It will take some time to reinvest the profits. Let's see how much quota we're given as that is what will really be our bottleneck.
