Concur...when the total shares traded doesn't exceed what I own, I'm not worried. Pending a catastrophic event at both buildings, this thing is going to kick arse this year. I'm excited to see where it ends this year...hope, speculate, wish, are not words I'm using. Exceed expectations...yep, you bet your arse (giddy!!).

Disagree with the negativity from some long timers here. I think the stock is a great buy at this .47-.52 cent range which will be apparent after the conference call 2 weeks hence. The only problem is that the low bids and offers make it difficult to buy any size unless you want to be patient and go on the bid and hope some weak hands let you nibble away.

I notice you never give supporting data for your position.
What do you think an additional $500 million in revenues will do for Elite ??
Money from newly launched Vyvanse $4.3 billion market is starting to roll in.

Whisper : Record revenues expected Feb 15 and June 15 financials

No argument from me on choosing not to go on right now. Going 'all in' now at close to 50 cents is a much different decision than going all in right after the mid-Aug conference call when we were at about 20 cents and learned we would be rolling out a new products into a market of about a billion dollars every six weeks for about 4 months. Anyone with an average price of 20 cents or less isn't going to be sweating much about loss of a few cent or two.

The market completely undervalued Elite when it became its own marketer and we got our surprise revenue bump that almost doubled revenue just from Kirkov making more sales. There are three ways Elite shareholders benefit from here, new drugs, improved sales and buyout.

New drug would likely be a BE. History shows that BEs don't have much of an impact in the short term (probably because the drug has to be approved which takes about a year), but it would help to stabilize and support the price and would increase any buyout price in the future.

At 50cents the market as certainly attempted to price in the value of Vyvanse sales ahead of time. Despite what anyone else says here the PE of a completely generic drug company is relatively low and floats around 12 to 15. The question is did the market underestimate the value of the Vyvanse sales. If we do have a quota advantage as some here think then the market will have underestimated and we are in for a pretty good boost. But we probably won't learn the scope of the boost until June....thats a long time for the stock to sag. In fact if our earnings are close to or just under 20 million in Feb and we don't get surprise news or hints at timing of a buyout I think we could take a pretty big hit on price.

Buyout is the long-term investors dream come true. Elite will certainly eventually be bought out, but we don't know when. I think it could happen from as early as late summer of this year, but it could also take a couple of more years if Nasrat is enjoying his job and wants to experience more time as the CEO of a successful, profitable company.

So investing in Elite at all at this price is an easy decision. Dumping a bunch of money into Elite at this price is not so easy. Good luck to those who have to make that decision!

🤣🥱 HenryB3 selling bridges and poop-flavored international "kool aide" daily! Come and get it!

I have bridges and more Kool aide for everyone.

In the effort to save time...

HenryB3, we've addressed your Poop-flavored "Kook Aide". Each day when you try to sell your bridge. Unfortunately your bridge has no support. Why would anyone buy your negative-perspective bridge when you can't support it with any facts about $ELTP? Of course $2 is achievable by January 2026. There's a higher likelihood that it will happen before that - because of the available facts, and progress Elite Pharmaceuticals has made. See? A supported bridge. A bridge that actually leads somewhere. Perhaps try investing in something successful, rather than trying to hawk a weak bridge daily to kool aide Poop-Town? Common sense - ya know? 🚀💰️

Hi Snup: I remember you well from long, long ago; and I'm happy to see that you are not going all in. If you are at all interested in seeing/hearing why I think this is wise, feel free to contact me: clearlake.ca@gmail.com, (I'm a bull long term on ELTP, and I think Nasrat is a good man, a good manager...but, there are other factors at work here. ) All the best to Longs!

Team-Troll 🧌 on high alert going into February's CC and another quarter of record-breaking revenue. The market has put $ELTP right around .50 cents until the reveal of the next quarter's earnings - along with context from CC regarding Vyvanse launch. Consolidation has happened/is happening - the daily chart doesn't lie. Continued upward long-term trend. Ready for the next leg up heading towards July 🚀 when a full quarter of Vyvanse is recognized, along with fully operational manufacturing/storage plant expansion. Look for ~.55-.60 going into February CC. Trolls want the price lower to lock-in a swing trade. Investors (like me) don't give a flying-F about day-to-day price movement because we know what is coming (Just like we knew from .03-.19, and then .19-.30, and .30-.50........). Our gains are measured in millions, not hundreds and thousands.

Don't let the troll-games get you down. They're just looking for their scraps. Whether there is something more nefarious going on...? Who knows. Well, someone does... but they can't stop what's coming. 🚀💰️

Points taken.

I’m not all in and wouldn’t be no matter what the stock is, since I’m retired. That being said, the money I invested more than tripled last year. Hoping for the same this year. Time will tell.

And if you look at my past posts, you will be able to see I’m not a pumper. Actually, I have been called a basher far more times than a pumper. I really could care less what others on the board think of me as long as I make money and stick to my own integrity standards.

Toast, Aflac duck????? Why doesn't our shareholders base understand that we r a public ally traded company on the otc board, and we r unusual in that we have low debt and r profitable, the current holders of our stock do not influence our stock price it is the present everyday buying and selling of our stock, without fresh buying interest our stock inevitably ebbs and trends down bots/almost/mm see to it, we r not mikah pharmaceuticals private and winding down ops but elite pharmaceuticals a public ally traded comp. Otc is an obstacle for our stock, we absolutely need news updates for fresh buying interest, does our CEO truly believe we r a growth stock? A real company? His words, has as stated goals dollar land and up list then why do we not earnestly behave this way? We r a growth stock without the PPS reward, forward multiple, what is elite doing about this? Silence in-between calls has got to end! One sentence about game changing Vyvanse has got to be seen for what it blatantly is assinine! Now why this perceived allegiance loyalty to public and private entitys very very perplexing and outright annoying! Elite is a growth stock, when r we going willfully, deliberately mainstream? As someone said, what does our ir debt do all day for years now? Snupoled fair and balanced

Actually the regulation you cited does not explicitly prevent Vyvanse from being manufactured outside the United States.
The regulation (§1312.12) states that controlled substances in Schedules I and II cannot be imported into the U.S. unless the importer is properly registered and obtains a DEA permit.
This means that Vyvanse can be manufactured outside the U.S. and imported into the U.S. legally if:
The foreign manufacturer is registered with the DEA.
The U.S.-based importer obtains the necessary DEA import permit and complies with all requirements under the Controlled Substances Act.

Text from regulation with key parts bolded
No person shall import, or cause to be imported, into the customs territory of the United States from any place outside thereof (but within the United States), or into the United States from any place outside thereof, any controlled substances listed in Schedule I or II, or any narcotic controlled substance listed in Schedule III, IV, or V, or any non-narcotic controlled substance listed in Schedule III which the Administrator has specifically designated by regulation in § 1312.30 or any non-narcotic controlled substance listed in Schedule IV or V which is also listed in Schedule I or II of the Convention on Psychotropic Substances, 1971, unless and until such person is properly registered under the Act (or, in accordance with part 1301 of this chapter, exempt from registration) and the Administration has issued him or her a permit to do so in accordance with § 1312.13.

These medications can be produced internationally, but they must meet the stringent quality and regulatory standards set by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) [A](https://pharmaphorum.com/sales-marketing/adhd-medication-scarcity-adds-questions-us-supply-chain?copilot_analytics_metadata=eyJldmVudEluZm9fY29udmVyc2F0aW9uSWQiOiJIM0xudFByYVdrcXhuR0tGdUtOUG4iLCJldmVudEluZm9fbWVzc2FnZUlkIjoibXUyR3VudThwRFVLYW1YQjR2NTZ2IiwiZXZlbnRJbmZvX2NsaWNrU291cmNlIjoiY2l0YXRpb25MaW5rIiwiZXZlbnRJbmZvX2NsaWNrRGVzdGluYXRpb24iOiJodHRwczpcL1wvcGhhcm1hcGhvcnVtLmNvbVwvc2FsZXMtbWFya2V0aW5nXC9hZGhkLW1lZGljYXRpb24tc2NhcmNpdHktYWRkcy1xdWVzdGlvbnMtdXMtc3VwcGx5LWNoYWluIn0%3D&citationMarker=9F742443-6C92-4C44-BF58-8F5A7C53B6F1). However, the production of these drugs is closely monitored by the FDA and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) due to their classification as Schedule II controlled substances [B](https://arstechnica.com/science/2024/09/adhd-drug-gets-23-5-production-boost-from-dea-amid-shortage/?copilot_analytics_metadata=eyJldmVudEluZm9fY29udmVyc2F0aW9uSWQiOiJIM0xudFByYVdrcXhuR0tGdUtOUG4iLCJldmVudEluZm9fbWVzc2FnZUlkIjoibXUyR3VudThwRFVLYW1YQjR2NTZ2IiwiZXZlbnRJbmZvX2NsaWNrRGVzdGluYXRpb24iOiJodHRwczpcL1wvYXJzdGVjaG5pY2EuY29tXC9zY2llbmNlXC8yMDI0XC8wOVwvYWRoZC1kcnVnLWdldHMtMjMtNS1wcm9kdWN0aW9uLWJvb3N0LWZyb20tZGVhLWFtaWQtc2hvcnRhZ2VcLyIsImV2ZW50SW5mb19jbGlja1NvdXJjZSI6ImNpdGF0aW9uTGluayJ9&citationMarker=9F742443-6C92-4C44-BF58-8F5A7C53B6F1). This means there are strict quotas and regulations in place to control their production and distribution to prevent abuse and ensure supply meets legitimate medical needs [B](https://arstechnica.com/science/2024/09/adhd-drug-gets-23-5-production-boost-from-dea-amid-shortage/?copilot_analytics_metadata=eyJldmVudEluZm9fY29udmVyc2F0aW9uSWQiOiJIM0xudFByYVdrcXhuR0tGdUtOUG4iLCJldmVudEluZm9fY2xpY2tEZXN0aW5hdGlvbiI6Imh0dHBzOlwvXC9hcnN0ZWNobmljYS5jb21cL3NjaWVuY2VcLzIwMjRcLzA5XC9hZGhkLWRydWctZ2V0cy0yMy01LXByb2R1Y3Rpb24tYm9vc3QtZnJvbS1kZWEtYW1pZC1zaG9ydGFnZVwvIiwiZXZlbnRJbmZvX21lc3NhZ2VJZCI6Im11Mkd1bnU4cERVS2FtWEI0djU2diIsImV2ZW50SW5mb19jbGlja1NvdXJjZSI6ImNpdGF0aW9uTGluayJ9&citationMarker=9F742443-6C92-4C44-BF58-8F5A7C53B6F1).

I understood that both Adderall and Vyvanse are schedule II drugs, which means they must be manufactured in the US.

The fda has several drugs categories. Some categories have to be manufactured in the USA like opioids. But adderall and Vyvanse are not. Must be linked to addiction
———
There aren't specific categories of drugs that are outright banned from being manufactured outside the USA. However, the FDA has stringent regulations and quality standards that must be met for any drug, whether manufactured domestically or internationally, to be sold in the U.S. market. This includes both brand-name and generic drugs.

The complexity of the pharmaceutical supply chain means that many active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and finished drugs are produced abroad, particularly in countries like India and China. However, certain high-risk or highly regulated drugs, such as those used in critical care or with narrow therapeutic indices, might be more closely monitored and subject to stricter manufacturing controls.

Some here have said API has to manufactured here but nothing on the web (ChatGPT or googles AI) supports that. They clearly say that some pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for Adderall are manufactured outside of the United States. The APIs are primarily produced in China and India.

This website clearly states that stimulants like Adderall and its generic versions are often produced abroad, making them vulnerable.

So now I am confused.

Seems simple for drugs though, IMO. If a company manufactures their drugs in the USA- 15% tax. Supplies / ingredients purchased from USA suppliers 15% pass thru cost. Supplies / ingredients / drugs purchased from non-USA suppliers will have already been tariffed @ %?%?. I'm guessing USA pharm companies will charge prices depending on each drugs availability- Supply / demand pricing rather than passing on their tax savings across the board.

Your conflating manufacturing something complex like a car with drug manufacturing. Cars can have things like doors and their entire engines manufactured in Mexico and shipped to the US to stick on the base platform (that could also be manufactured outside of US). That manufacturing is relatively easy to game in that most of the jobs associated with manufacturing are overseas and not here. It doesn't take many people to stick doors and completely built engines in a car frame. The final assembly of these 'big parts' almost fully automated these days.

The concept of drug manufacturing is pretty straight forward and has never included the development of API or molding the plastic bottles the pills are put in. Although our experts here say all API for controlled substances must be created in US so that makes most of Elite's profitable products home grown.

How can a capsule be partially manufactured elsewhere? And I suppose they could separate making the pills/capsules from packaging but I bet that increases costs.

So it will be interesting to see how it plays out.

I may be mistaken, but I thought controlled substances already had to be manufactured in the us. Is that incorrect?
