$FOGCF News FogChain Announces the Filing of a New Patent Covering Secured Data Access Control Using Localized Cryptography
http://www.klkntv.com/story/39075555/fogchain-announces-the-filing-of-a-new-patent-covering-secured-data-access-control-using-localized-cryptography
Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - FogChain Corp. (“FogChain” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: FOGCF; CSE: FOG), a next generation software development, testing and deployment solutions provider, is pleased to announce that it has filed for a new patent covering secured data access control using localized cryptographic technology.
Technological advances in decentralized network technology and other distributed ledger technologies have allowed for digital information to be securely distributed using secured cryptography mechanisms. As these technologies continue to improve, transactions and other data modifications can occur more securely and quickly across millions of users, in a more efficient and cost effective manner. Decentralized networks strive to allow the data to be transparent and incorruptible without a singular point of failure or a centralized single controlling entity. The technology underlying the patent that FogChain has filed covers localized network typologies having the ability to provide secured access control and data management capabilities as well as specific network architecture designs that accommodate and enable these functions.
Mr. James Cerna, CEO of FogChain, commented, "The underlying functionality and security of RadJav’s rapid application development platform is deeply intertwined with its unique network architecture and revolutionary 'Proof of Competition' consensus methodology. In order to protect the integrity and sustainability of this technology, we felt that filing this provisional patent was important and also serves as a major step for FogChain in establishing its position in the marketplace and creating an enterprise-grade solution.”
Mr. Cerna further stated, “Localized secure data access control has wide ranging implications for secured time-sensitive data in the Fog for uses such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Autonomous Vehicles (both automobiles and drones), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine to Machine (M2M) communications. We’re very thankful and appreciative of the hard work and creativity of RadJav’s founder and creator of this patent, Nathanael Coonrod, for this incredible piece of work.”
Knobbe Martens was patent counsel for the filing of this patent on behalf of the Company.
