He has managed to keep things rolling without any dilution which as you know is a unicorn in the otc, now he just needs to bring something to unicorn the chart

HVAC explained this months ago . Many traders here originally were thinking short term gratification, oops wrong stock for that thought process. No dilution is a major plus and their is enough verification information to support the stock price . Still have another quarter to add more revenue and then a 10-K to explain everything that has transpired this year .  Actually this last Q was very informative. Melvin specifically stated on line store is a must have to move towards the goal of Gold Cirtification with CSCO . Beta test then store will be ready for start of 2025 . 

Markets are closed now early today.

What's going on with the ask?  It going from .197 to .20 !!  So I placed an order for .197 15 minutes ago and it still has not been filled.

I believe that when the reverse merger was consummated "on or about" February 21, 2023, the surviving entity, Global Developments Holdings, Inc., inherited revenue from VeeMost Technologies, LTD.

Until recently, the surviving entity was unable to generate new revenue because it did not have tax accounts. Nor was it able to bid on Federal contracts because it did not have a SAM.gov account. By the way, the latter is dependent on the former.

So, for the past 1 1/2 years, revenues wound down to 0. Living on the fortunes of the past, so to speak. Perhaps an M&A learning curve was at play.

But that all changed in our last "Q!"

From the June 30, 2024 "Q:"

"The Company had a slowdown in revenue due to some of the major contracts being on hold due to getting tax
accounts and other government accounts switched over to the new entity."

From the September 30, 2024 "Q:"

"As all our tax issues have been worked out, VeeMost has been able to complete its profile on SAM.GOV and
will begin to actively participate in government bids. We will continue to grow our erate side of the business."

My guess is that the $1 Million revenue recognized in the last quarter is NEW revenue, unlocked by the new tax accounts that are finally in place, and just the first installment of more revenue to come.

Also, I would expect bidding on new Federal contracts to commence in earnest!

It's looking good for 2025! IMO 🚀

Thank you for clearly laying it out. For those of us that read the Q, and understood that things have finally turned around for the better you laid it out perfectly!!! Thank you. What about the negative of net numbers, because after all gross doesn't mean much if you have no net.

$76,000 net q-3 2024

A 95% loss in net revenue in one year is a huge negative.

Yep I mentioned this cash balance as my only negative in the Q3 report.  On a positive note it's now ~8 weeks since those balances were calculated and there's been no dilution 

It doesn't mean everything is rosy necessarily but it could mean the cash issue is resolving in a way that he didn't need to dilute 

The trading this week indicates to me that shares were stolen thru a walk down intended to scare longs.  I saw one 430k bid trade as a sell.  No way it was a sell.  I do not fear the reaper!  I'm sitting tight and will add into the end of the year.  2025 is our year! 

To reiterate what others have said here. Accounts receivable appears to be one way to solve the cash problem.

GDVM needs cash:

Cash burn rate = $93,813/9 = $10,424 per month (see note 1)
Cash at end of period = $12,586
Financial runway = $12,586 / $10,424 = 1.2 months

Note 1: the credit card debt service component appears to be $2,853 per month.

A potential source of cash:

Current (and other) liabilities = $144,074
Acid-test ratio = current assets / current liabilities
= $721,775 / $144,074
= 5

Conclusion:

Dilution can be avoided if accounts receivable can be collected in a timely manner.

Where is that information from?

The more time that passes without significant revenues the more likely that dilution will be necessary, he already has a big chunk of credit card debt he's using to keep things going 
Hopefully Melvin gets all his ducks in a row sooner than later and  things start falling into place 

I knew it would take years to play out and see what Veemost does. Price shouldn’t be down this low imo. I think you will need more luck than a leprechaun to see .003 unless Veemost utterly fails or dilution happens.

I agree, I think anything under.01 is a bargain if you're willing to give it enough time 

It's not going a whole lot lower.  Read the q. In 6 months we will look back and kick ourselves for not triple loading.  I'll be adding all month long.

Yep. $0 commissions are great for OTC trading and are not easy to find.

Based on volume, I'd expect to see a small pump then dump. Probably get to around .013

Why wouldn't you share with the entire class?

Why do you care if he sells his shares? Do you think there is a shortage?? Are you buying? Do you think by challenging him he won't sell?
I predict if this does become a reporting company (which I have my doubts), some of you who actually know how to read a filing will be shocked.
