Do you realize how many OTC stocks there are . Do you realize what market makers automatically do . It doesn't cost them anything to manipulate the market  when nobody is buying thats when it prime time to manipulate price. Market sentiment fear and doubt and threshold of pain . Market makers make money up or down  in price . Market Makers also see what traders can't see and can hold up trades to fulfill their needs . The only thing that prevents this is  positive performance. When a company does what they say and gets the buyers interest then the market makers don't manipulate price . They don't need to artificially do anything . No reason to create a market if you have liquidity . Market Makers don't like when people hold and accumulate . Most people that trade OTC stocks are well aware . You are well aware yet you choose to play we are full of shit . You definitely don't understand that the longs on this stock are here because they did their own due diligence. Most have you on ignore. You are not objective and you you are just here to cause fear and doubt . Just my honest opinion based off of what you presented since your first post . You are irrelevant, and should be put on ignore . Me I prefer to read your posts . I need to see all the red flags . You do far has not shown me any .

Your full of shit and you know it . nite and Citadel are known to short OTC stocks . I just mentioned the 2 but they are all  in on it . AI and algorithms are what controls price with illiquid stocks . OTC is not scrutinized which means that the ones in control basically can do whatever they want with no repercussions. This particular stock is being manipulated very heavily . When you have a group of traders that are  working  together to suppress a stock it melds with the market makers algorithm. Time and sales shows constant walk downs at the ask on a regular basis . Buyers are willing to buy at the ask yet many times are given a gift of it cost less when you were willing to pay more . Many of the times on time and sales their is seconds between trades . Typically price will drop right before price increases , interesting observation is the shares trading Hands are equal amount of shares . The people who control the algorithms are allowed to capatalize and buy and sell all day long. The market makers are in tune   with each other . Buying and selling to each other to capitalize on the ongoing situation. The odds are in their favor and they rarely never  need to cover . Every once in a while they get caught off guard and they have to let the stock run . High volume buying will reset the algorithm and will cause price to rise . Melvin isn't focused on stock price at this particular moment in time . Just my thoughts.

Those $6 trades are not going to make this stock run. You are on the wrong side of the manipulation.

What should make this stock rise? The non audited financials? The lack of revenues or earnings? The CEO losing his financing?

You can buy a share currently for .0085. That's far less than a cent! How many shares have you bought today since it's such a bargain?

This is so obviously manipulated to hold the price down, anyone that can't see this is either a complete beginner, a complete idiot or just dishonest 

There is easy money for NITE all over the market. The type of manipulation you all claim here would take effort and there is NOT enough money here to bother.
Why do you assume ALL stocks aren't just shorted if its so easy? Why this one? Could it be the financials give it cause? Or lack of information?

Someone here mentioned buying interest. As usual, don't rely on IHUB for your facts. Here are the trades and bids and asks. If you know how to read this, you will clearly see no buying interest out there, but some sellers.....not to mention, look what happens to the bid after a trade. It's not going up.
I know you all NEED to believe, but instead of wishes and dreams, observe the facts. I'm not some evil "basher". I'm a realist and your view of reality is skewed.
Someone argue these facts....now consider what you were just told in a previous post.

Suppress the price until you can't control price . Volume is necessary. Without volume the algorithm rules . Fung said something why do I think Nite or CSTI just 2 examples would be concerned about this company. The answer is it's ez money and it's all automated. They control and capitalize until there is a volume surge .

I take this as a positive sign for price recovery from recent lows.

I believe you are half right. The stock price does seem to be manipulated. However, you're blaming the wrong culprits. There have been too many things following my posts. A large company like NITE isn't going to care about this tiny company. Think about it. Who do you see around here who cares? You can work this out with logic.

Explain to me exactly why you think Melvin is not doing what he is focusing on accomplishing . The time to accomplish what Melvin explained he is doing is now out of his control. He supplied Finra with all the information they requested. I can't wait till it comes to fruition. You will be like the emperor with no clothes . Naked and exposed . I read all posts objectively . My opinion of you is that you are purposely pessimistic and your goal is to post to confuse the reality of the situation . Watch real time Level 2 and you will see it happen on a daily basis . CSTI and NITE are the ones that I notice a lot that are able to consistently drop the ask to walk the ask price down on minimal shares . The longs know it and see it . Like someone said , nobody outside of who is here even knows or cares about this stock . I just want anyone that posts here to know that much of what you are seeing on a daily basis is done purposely to cause price erosion. Just observe the daily trades and time and sales . Facts and History. The longs are patiently waiting. The flippers are not in control. The market makers are the only ones capitalizing on this ridiculous spread . Just my honest objective observation. Don't sell because of price erosion caused by manipulation , smart traders should understand that patience is key to profitability. Oh geez! Yet another short squeeze claim. You penny stock nuggets need a new theme song. The company itself isn't claiming to be doing anything! Why would the share price rise?
I dunno which of you have been paid to say it, but a PR stating that the company they were counting on for financing, but learned they were about to enter a financial trap so not doing it....is NOT a reason for the stock price to climb. It just tells you, you're back in the same boat you were before they made the (great) PR that you all lauded in the first place.
So in essence, they've taken a step forward, one step back and you all are enthused and wondering why no one else cares?

Just reread the last PR, all good stuff, but especially Finra and the ticker symbol change, that could be iminent and any day. My understanding is that will force all those in the short position, they're going to have to cover and let's hope that creates a massive short squeeze.

That would be great but we thought this was the case a few years ago when the OTC rules changed and that didn't happen at all like we thought it would.

Right on - no more garbage stocks, or at least fewer ones.

I think come July when probably many companies loose their status to be traded due to the OTC qualifications that the remainder of the OTC could see liquidity and trading pick up. There will be fewer companies to trade, so in theory people have to put their money somewhere.

Yes it's one of those things I just assume happens. I don't know the mechanics of it but of course there are always going to be those who either know what's going on, or at the very least know more than us retail traders and investors.

As to what he did share, which I find encouraging, is that Melvin is still working towards Cisco Gold Status as he has previously stated.

So, a poster claims to have spoken with the CEO directly. He's not telling what he learned, but it motivated him to buy more shares. Then, you move the story along by stating you are encouraged by what you read.

All that, and yet you still argue there is no issue with a CEO speaking privately with investors (or claiming to). He has given the CEO the ability to pass along anything he wishes and yet claim deniability. Either you're in on the scam to try to pump the price, or you are the most dense and hard headed person on IHUB.

And so you don't have to "doubt", I own zero shares nor would I ever.

I doubt If anyone will read it 100 times, I doubt if Melvin told him anything he is worried about him sharing, I doubt If he is lying about what he shared and I doubt If Melvin shared anything with him than we don't already know. You REALLY need to read 100 times what he wrote.
IF Melvin told him things HE thinks is best not shared, then he has info not shared.
IF he is lying about the whole thing, than he is spreading false rumors to entice people to buy and doing so while claiming inside knowledge.
IF Melvin told him false info in order for him to post it on a public website in hopes of raising interest, which may likely get conveyed to other websites, then it is also illegal.

GDVM Elder Impulse chart. I know this is a 3-month chart but it took 13 weeks for an entry. This is a good entry position for the 4th. quarter with a possible consolidation step sideways while we wait for the news break even with the horrible insufferable OTC liquidity.
