:WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 16, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bannix Acquisition Corp. (“Bannix”) announced today that its board of directors (the “Board”) has decided to extend the date by which Bannix must consummate an initial business combination (the “Deadline Date”) from December 14, 2024 for an additional month, to January 14, 2025.
As previously disclosed, at an annual meeting of its stockholders held on September 6, 2024, Bannix’ stockholders voted in favor of a proposal to amend Bannix’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation (as amended, the “Amended Charter”) to provide Bannix with the right to extend the Deadline Date up to six times for an additional one month each time (the “Extension”) until March 14, 2025.
Also as previously announced, if an Extension is implemented, the sponsor of Bannix, Instant Fame LLC (the “Sponsor”), or its designees will deposit into the trust account, as a loan, the lesser of (x) $25,000 and (y) $0.05 for each share that is not redeemed in connection with the special meeting.
On December 13, 2024, the Board, at the request of the Sponsor, decided to implement the twenty-two Extension and to extend the Deadline Date for an additional month to January 14, 2025.

Conjecture really based on folks' comments. What doesn't fit with that line of reasoning is the lump dump @ $.0001. Smaller sales at PPS >$.0001 would certainly yield additional funds. Your thoughts?

That's a good question - I don't know how most feel, but that's my suspicion yes. I'm wondering if they're just going to keep dropping 25 mil a day until it adds up to like 2 bil or more to the OS....but who knows?

I think it could be to fund the real estate deal - I still base that off the timing of the ER, and when this started occurring. I don't remember these blocks going prior to November 27.

GTCH All: Is it the majority opinion that the 25MM share drops @ $.0001 are newly issued company shares each time?

I'm holding and just waiting for them to put HUMPTY DUMPTY BACK TOGETHER AGAIN. I see no new movement or data to speak of! I'm fearing they all must have smoke in their eyes and lungs, we wait and we hold add a few .0001's if we want $100.00 get you 1 million shares when this goes and it will i wouldn't want to be the ones who will say I SHOULD have.

Hmmm...I noticed that too guys! There was a day where there were 2 I believe! One came around like 11:30, so we shall see. I hope it's not that it was just dilution and we see an update in OTC markets. I guess that's possible with the 30 bil AS. And again - the timing MIGHT make sense with this real estate deal.

I am banking on can's thoughts regarding BNIX. Their relationship with GTCH is VERY tight. BNIX has spent a LOT of time making good on a viable and dynamic business plan (hard work just seating the board!). IF its operations are secured today via a PR, no doubt it WILL put strength behind GTCH's pps to move upward. .001 is very possible depending on the operational configuration.

I feel a little excitement for this week, I hope I'm not wrong.

Management and insiders have been VERY good keeping all behind closed doors for an extended amount of time. No hint as to what is going on. Here is my take: The effort to keep everything hush (with a LARGE number of mgt/insiders) takes a LARGE incentive to do so. Large means substantial gain in their pockets (NOT pocket change if done right). So, I am going to infer that change in GTCH prospects will be BIG ... result will be plenty of gain to go around for all, to include SHs!!

Or am I just wishful thinking

BUCKS ,, The turning point for this is when we see the .00025 - .0003 ,, It will let loose on the shares and volume will be huge ,, Till that happens we are cought in their game and they will continue to let the 25 mily shares on a daily out .. just my opinion ? Having that daily feed of 25M stop WOULD be significant because it would indicate, to me, that some announcement would more than likely be very soon. Step by step...

Another week of daily feed of 25M right off the bat? I obviously do not understand that consistency over the last weeks. Unusual to say the least. Significance ... I can only say I think the track is important to the SS.

I agree Porch. For my 2-cents, I would prefer if they, in fact, went on their own. For SHs, that would entail waiting even longer AND the risk that dilution would continue while the fear of another R/S is real ... yet the rewards, over time would be more favorable. IMO of course. A high risk of collapse remains but, in truth, I never thought it would be less until the GTCH business plan's tires hit the pavement.

If I had those kinds of patents, I would do my own thing and get a government grant to help and a military contract, but we all know government members want kickbacks, so many ways this could go JMO.

Silence persists but I just can't see it last that much longer. GTCH patents cover just too much current technological manufacturing/service development to not have a piece of the action. If their tech is half as good as management suggests, money has to be made available by ANY current company that has established interests in furthering their own niche for improving retail sales and stronger revenue stream.

I agree with your tactics for waiting for the gold!! If $GTCH$ goes to .23 like when I sold T$NP…I will be able to buy an island .. no joke! Pretty sure this bloated beast can’t go that high but it can run up into the Pennie’s for sure! GL

I belive in one of the filings by march for the BANNIX deal ,,, They have pushed their luck with the time line to form a company and should have already disolved from the guid lines I read,,,, Might be some big changes with leadership change on the 20th of this month when ginsler steps aside ,,, just a thought ? Well, we all know in order to wipe them twos out, the company will have to produce a concrete deal, we believe it's coming just don't know when.

Agreed and I believe it will happen.

This won't run till we get closer to bannix deal and there will be early signs of it. Anything now will be short and unsustainable, unless these guys drop something big and juicy out of the blue.
