There was a new filing on SilverFlume about a month ago. It looks like Lazar sold the shell to an IT company in Calgary, Alberta. New owner is Douglas Craig Wilson.

It’s been almost a year since Lazar terminated custodianship of HTHL. What a shame, it’s such a nice shell. I wonder if he still intends to find a RM candidate for it.

Looks like the case was finally updated and the motion was indeed granted. So now we wait until some filings eventually pop up.

Haven’t heard anything yet.

A few updates on other Lazar ticker cases today. Two voluntary dismissed and one had a status check. Hopefully we get an update on HTHL soon and it’s positive.

Imo custos will never be dead. Too profitable for the custodians and shareholders too if you get in early. If anything the regulations should help custos because itll concentrate retail volume into fewer tickers. Either way i Hope DL makes It a yearly tradition to start the new year with new tickers
