I’m reaching out to see if there are any immediate plans to get IINX back to a current and tradable status again. The last disclosure I see is an assurance to shareholders that there are ongoing operations within the company but that was almost 8 months ago in March and there has been no further update. The company is severely delinquent in its reporting obligations and I have a fairly significant investment in the company in regards to my humble financial position. I would appreciate a reply or a PR statement to shareholders on any information regarding company’s operations and plans to become a tradable public stock again. Thank you.

I got off this ship along time ago, and I am glad I did. I lost a little but getting off was much better. made up for what I lost here and than made profit.

All I heard was Johnny Forzani who is the CEO of pub co on OTC is fluent In mandarin Chinese and is going to press these guys. Get the money back.

Yeah. You may have to blame me for that. I just bought this stock last week, and it's the very time mngt has failed to file a 10K by the extension. I sure hope it's because of the pending Legend acq. This Cheng Li guy is a letdown. Sorry to hear about Ms. Yue's sudden passing.

The long-term CFO, Ms. Yue, passed away suddenly last July, and the interim CFO is Cheng Li. Looks like he may not be as on the ball as Ms. Yue. Another possibility is they're hammering out the Legend acquisition.

Either way, the 10K and acquisition announcement will arrive soon. Until then, it appears to be discount shopping time. Nice dips today.
