I read a story that they attended a medical conference in San Francisco and gave evidence they had successful cancer treatment in animal,we're looking to get trials in humans approved,it was on some stock site I dont remember which one,was hoping thats what was going on I've had it since 2017 have bought some but can't sell any!

The stock has been suspended by the SEC for fraud. It is now trading on the Gray Market, where there are no MM's - just matched trades.

And since no one should be buying shares in a stock suspended for fraud, I would hope the volume is as near to zero and it can be. Most investors understand the implications and stay far away.

Yes, I think that is the right thing to do. I lost thousands with their 2 scams(immg and emmd). I was new to trading and did not know better but learned my lesson.

You see both EMMD and IMMG both green today, especially emmd, on the road to recovery

Nope, that is not the case. And the SEC knows it.

In order to have the restrictive legends on restricted stock removed so it can be sold, the Company has to give the approval after researching how the stock was obtained and if it can legally be removed under an exemption from securities laws. IMMG's current management knew EXACTLY what was going on and that their claims that they obtained it from the non-existent South Africans was a lie, especially since the Company is the one that sold them the stock directly. But they approved the removal during the pump phase anyway.

Nope, IMMG and its management are absolutely involved in the activity that led to the trading suspension.

So why no charges against Immg

The SEC has 5 years to bring charges. The only reason this action was done so quickly and made public is because the SEC needed to freeze the proceeds of their illegal conduct and prevent the funds from being wired overseas and out of reach of the SEC and/or DOJ.

In other words, civil and/or criminal charges may still be filed against additional individuals or companies, but that is likely to be sometime down the road. The Feds need time to continue to investigate and assemble their case.

So why no charges against Immg? If as you say they knew about and aided in the p and d. Nowhere does it mention Immg being charged in the filed charges.

because someone put an order in for that. or, perhaps they made a mistake and meant .0005. without a bid or ask it is not unusual to see an inexperienced investor make that mistake. if there was a bid and ask, it wouldn't happen.

there is no bid or ask on the grey market. it is trade able.

to the people who ran the scam. sec had nothing to do with investors giving their money to con men. the sec prevented others from doing the same.
