Math:
$3,987,390.22 divided by $0.025 share price = 159,495,608 shares to be diluted in order to cover that debt! Thats over *9* times the current number of shares available held at DTC! But we know the more dilution occurs, the lower the price will be and the more dilution will have to happen to ultimately cover the debt. So 9 times the current OS is very, very conservative, and its more realistically 20+ times the current OS.
