When going through Patriot Depot link it goes directly to Gold Medal Beer website and I see the same on every case; 24 in big letters then 12 fl oz cans. Click on each product and you will see "Contains 24 Cans" under each product.

When I had my beer delivered it was 2 cases of 24, 12 oz cans (my profile picture is one beer from each case).

pacv wow i got clocked on this ticker and now ceo pulls a rip van winkle and goes dormant.i thought all maga cans were 24 0z but if they do 12 oz thats great..a pallet can hold up to a 100 boxs 12 oz cans so they illustrated only 12 boxes left was for the ultra maga.patriot website sells also just maga and other name brands like legend too. should be showing us nice revenue.

I think its a fake press release, I mean, there is no other evidence out there and its from 2023, we would have already known about it in filings. Anyway effectively for shareholders its already true.

WOW, the new CEO came in and she did a 1 for 500 R/S in 2020 then she did a 1 for 250 R/S Feb 2024 and just destroyed PACV. Well she just did what she wanted to do not what the company needed. Hmmm I can't figure out why.???

approved for an r/s pacv did one recently to little avail as the sp fell from pennies back to trips? pacv only had a o/s at the time of about a billion shares yet showed little concern for shareholders interests and wiped out investors by doing an r/s..time will tell with kegs too bad i have not drank a beer in 8 years missing out on

sorry I missed your pm.... ive slowly been adding also, picked up a 419k today and some on Tuesday. Revenue should be at least $500k for the quarter (that is minimum) im thinking closer to $600k. We will see by next weekend at the latest where the numbers are.

As far as Brian; He had 625 million shares, then cancelled those shares into monies owed, then transferred that money into shares again. Pretty much he received 3 times his original amount of shares for his original work (whatever it may have been). That is the only "sketchy" thing ive seen so far with that stock.

I am highly highly confident we see more volume next week and I do hope I can come up with some more money to buy more on Tuesday. If not, I have more than enough.

Putting money in most of these OTC stocks is more like going to Vegas than real investing. PACV could have been different considering they have or perhaps had real products with revenue and employees. I'm not sure it is dead yet as a company but it might be over for us shareholders. It is extremely rare for companies to make it back when they get demoted to a lower exchange.

PACV I think tomorrow or Monday is the final day of the grace period, It may already be to late to stay on OTC services, even if some filings showup, I am not sure how this works , going from a reporting Corporation, to Expert Markets.

Of course the agreement is still in place, Trillium has not converted much with this volume. And with a low, ownership limitations and such a low share, conversions are pretty small.

No matter what happens in the next few weeks, the CEO of PACV will never be trusted and has proven to be a terrible leader of a publicly traded company.

PACV has an agreement and court order with Trillium Partners concerning almost $10 million worth of common stock due to them for debts.
What is the status of this agreement? No idea. How much has been paid, if any, and when?

All I know is that if this court ordered agreement is still in progress, the CEO is playing a game with her companies stock.
If PACV gets delisted soon, which is days away, this agreement defaults.



I can't tell if the CEO is preparing for some sketchy market manipulation or if she is letting this default..

No matter what, Shannon is a trash person with personal bankruptcy's, horrible management skills and communication.
