The14,969,500,000 number is what is now left in the A/S as the O/S is around 5.5 million. I was explaining that the R/S actually increased the available shares in the A/S countering their claim that they didn't raise the A/S. The fair and proper way to do an R/S is to apply it to the A/S as well which would have made the A/S 5,990,000 shares. They didn't do that and left it the same, effectively giving them much more room in the A/S.

The A/S is still the same but less the 5.5 million O/S is 14,969,500,000 left in the A/S. Effectively increasing the A/S.
