TBH, I think it has to do with the submission stating "Amendment After Issuance of Stock" Meaning, the name change does not take effect until additional shares are added. I wish I could view the four page document but I think you need a subscription to NVSOS' system to view submitted documents. Dunno what amount, or if they're Restricted Shares or not. I'm assuming it would be Restricted since there really isn't a company in there that needs to dilute.

Why would a name change cause a dump and 50 percent drop ? Any idea ? Are we nuts holding this little micro OS?

In the annual filing from 2 days ago it clearly alludes to an acquisition in “computing power and storage and provide reliable information infrastructure services for global users”….. which in layman terms is “cloud computing”. This very well could be an acquisition in the AI space for China.

What I like about that is just yesterday China announced a $27 billion fund for that very market.
