I’m simply on this feed because I happen to personally know one of the principles that purchased the shell and is trying to make something out of this company moving forward. A few websites say something to the effect of "a common reason for an NT 10-Q is a merger or acquisition." Who knows?

But regarding expert market, it seems pointless to file the NT 10-Q if the 10-Q won't be filed anyway, so hopefully it will be filed within the extension period.

Hope so as well. He was able to get the stock pink current and has the website up and running. Something must be going on behind the scenes. Either maybe he's still trying to have a RS, or trying to sell the stock, or not doing anything at all. Hoping for some kind of news/PR/communication soon.
