From what I can see there is a blatantly obvious seller that has held this stock down for a long time. On March 11th, that seller went market on 5,000 shares and was filled at around $2.40. This particular seller is not done and has more to sell which is why we are not seeing any upward momentum in the stock. Every single time there is an uptick or buy side volume, they come right back in on the offer side to sell more shares. Until we get some large buy side volume to clear out this seller, we are not going anywhere.

The short volume I am referring to, is daily short volume, it is recorded daily, and not representative of short interest, which is recorded bi-monthly.

For example, on 2/19, there were 100 shares sold short, with a total volume of 100 shares= 100% short volume. Then on 2/24, there were 100 shares sold short out of 400 shares = 25% short volume, but the firm may have actually purchased the 100 shares back, or more, thus negating any actual short interest in the stock.

Market makers play a roll in trading of the security. They often place large bids, or asks on securities, to intimidate investors one way or the other on the trade.

My point of what occurred on 3/11, is that market makers could have put short sell pressure on the stock (500) shares that day, to trigger stop losses, or create fear in investors. There were only 500 shares sold short that day, but I'm sure that all were covered + more, on top of accumulating more (7,144)... again, negating any short interest data that is reported.

I can assure you that no one "shorted" 5,000 shares of LCTC yesterday.  These were shares definitely owned by someone.  They have been on the offer for weeks now and finally gave up and just sold at the market yesterday.

There has not been any short volume in this stock in quite some time as referenced below:

https://shortsqueeze.com/?symbol=Lctc

I agree that the market makers may have taken those shares at a price of $2.40 but those were certainly not shares that were shorted.

The selling pressure you are referring to, is coming from short sales, not investors dumping their shares. This could be market makers influencing the stock price, and picking up shares at lower prices.

If you notice, there has been a high percentage of short sales up to yesterday, then on 3/11, a large accumulation occurred, with only 500 shares sold short, out of 7,644 total shares.

Look at the link I shared, and pan down to "Short Sale Volume (Off-Exchange Provided by FINRA)." My take, is that market makers are trying to load up on inexpensive shares, before a big upward move. I could be wrong, but as you stated, with all of the stimulus in the coming months, it doesn't make any sense to sell at this point in time, especially long term holders...

With continued insider buying, SpinDx being presented at upcoming shows, the NIST marijuana breathalyzer event, and possible contracts I can't comprehend who would sell 5,000 shares at the market yesterday and get filled at a 52 week low. My thoughts lead me to believe that it can only be a desperate seller needing to raise funds, Alan Castrodale's family who inherited his shares when he passed away or disgruntled former CEO Barry Knott. I'm tired of this never ending supply of stock for sale. There has been selling pressure in this stock for what feels like years now. Where can all these shares possibly keep coming from? I really hope and wish that the selling pressure is done and we can start an uptrend going into the NIST event.

Driving while high is hard to detect. States are racing to find a good tool:

https://www.npr.org/2025/03/10/nx-s1-5220351/driving-high-thc-dui

"Colorado State Trooper Ron Krasnisky shows the department's oral fluid drug screen testing device, used during a pilot program that ended earlier this year. The system uses a saliva collection device to test impaired drivers for marijuana use as well as other drugs."

Dear Lifeloc - you can do better. In your home state of Colorado this device needs to be the SpinDx instead of the Draeger 5000 machine that is being tested.

Excellent find on this potential contract opportunity for Lifeloc Technologies. If you haven't done so already, I would like to share this info when I ask the CEO a couple questions. I would like to find out when the annual shareholders meeting is going to be held. I want to make it a point to make it out there this year and check out the facility, ask a bunch of questions, and get a good look at the SpinDx device. More than ever, I think this is the year to make a visit and attend in person.

It's their business to know about this - I certainly hope they are aware of it. The bigger question is, will they submit Lifeloc for inclusion...? I would say that implementation and operation of ignition interlock programs and other proven impaired driving countermeasures is What Lifeloc Technologies is all about.

Time to get a piece of the pie - it's a simple submission of some paperwork, to at least be considered. Nothing to lose here....

I think the other Form 4 filings were option expirations on March 1, except for Adam Kashenberg, which I believe was an option granted since he recently joined as a Director for the company. Edco's was a purchase. Nonetheless, show of continued confidence from top insiders...

Current thoughts:

I can’t wrap my head around who continues to sell shares at these current levels.   It still feels like a never ending supply of stock for sale and it’s not done.  The current seller has at least another 5,000 shares before they are finished.  I don’t understand why they don’t at least wait until the upcoming catalysts over the next couple months especially with the SpinDx being presented at some of the expos and shows.
I don’t know what it’s going to take to get Lifeloc to embrace social media a bit more.  Why is so difficult for them to utilize social media to get exposure.  It shouldn’t be that costly to hire a recent grad to create unique and interesting posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.  And why do they have such a hard time providing investors with updates?  If Lifeloc applies for a patent, let us know.  If Lifeloc receives a patent, let us know.   If Lifeloc is presenting at an upcoming show, let us know.  If Lifeloc is performing human testing of the SpinDx device, let us know.  What’s the point of keeping us in the dark?

And why does the projected annual revenue numbers given by Lifeloc for this year have to fall by such a large amount to less than $8 million.  In an industry that is currently experiencing exponential growth I just don’t see why current sales would have to suffer this much even if they are focusing most of their efforts on the SpinDx device.

My wish is for someone to join the management team who understands what it means to be a public company and will make the right decisions to increase shareholder value.

Are tech companies any closer to developing a cannabis breathalyzer?

https://www.marijuanaventure.com/are-tech-companies-any-closer-to-developing-a-cannabis-breathalyzer/

"For many of the 24 states that still do not allow adult-use cannabis, concerns about intoxicated driving are a wedge used by prohibitionists to keep people on the fence about cannabis reform."

"Mouth swab tests, which check for a variety of drugs including cannabis, have been adopted by some police departments in Indiana, however false positives are a major concern and have kept most police departments from using saliva swabs to detect cannabis intoxication."

Maybe it's time a more reliable and effective device was brought to market.

Governor's Highway Safety Chair, Michael Hanson on Oral Fluid Testing before Congress...

Governors Highway Safety Association
·
⚠️ 📰 🛣️ ICYMI: GHSA Chair Michael Hanson, Director of the Minnesota Office of Traffic Safety, testified about roadway safety on Capitol Hill last week. During the three-hour hearing, Hanson spoke about the state of U.S. traffic safety, what’s working and what’s not. Here are a few key highlights:
💡 PROMOTING INNOVATION: Rep. Greg Stanton singled out the need for innovation in Section 402 funding. Hanson urged lawmakers to give State Highway Safety Offices more flexibility to deploy creative solutions and data-driven countermeasures so they can most efficiently use federal dollars. “This is where the behavior part and the infrastructure part come together, and anything we can do to help support our infrastructure partners is going to be a step in the right direction,” he said. Hanson told lawmakers that emerging technologies and data analysis can provide real-time safety insights that will improve safety.
🚓 TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT: Both Republican and Democratic subcommittee members voiced support for the enforcement of traffic safety laws. Hanson told lawmakers that “GHSA supports the proven role of traffic enforcement and the wider criminal justice system in preventing crashes and stopping dangerous drivers.” Separately, responding to a question from Rep. Pete Stauber, Hanson said: “The data is irrefutable. The decrease in traffic law enforcement that’s happened over the last five, six, seven years across the country has led to significant increases in the bad driving behavior we’re seeing out there.”
🍸 IMPAIRED DRIVING: How to prevent impaired driving was brought up several times at the hearing. Responding to a question from Rep. Jerry Nadler, Hanson said that passive impaired driving prevention technology would save 10,000 lives a year, the technology is ready and that “anything we can deploy to prevent an impaired driving incident from happening” is critical. Hanson echoed Nadler’s remark that impaired driving prevention technology is a “game-changer.” Separately, responding to a question about cannabis-impaired driving, Hanson said that oral fluid testing has been successful in addressing this critical safety issue.
Thanks to Chair Hanson for doing such a great job flying the roadway safety flag before Congress!

Pennsylvania - There were also multiple back-and-forths between the officials and lawmakers about public safety concerns—particularly as it concerns impaired driving. And the takeaway was generally that while the continued lack of a tool to detect active impairment from THC is problematic, there are other methods of ensuring road safety, including the utilization of drug recognition experts, or DREs.

At a House Appropriations Committee hearing, Lt. Col. George Bivens recognized that state police are “going to need additional resources, particularly in the patrol function, with regards to highway safety and then on the investigative side.” He said the department has spoken to colleagues in other states that have enacted legalization about the issue.

Germany's law sets the cut-off limit for THC at 3.5ng/ml in blood. This is law. As technology advances, I believe we will see a shift from blood to oral fluid sample tests, which have been proven to effectively measure recent use of THC vs. blood, urine, hair - giving results that may be up to 30 days since use.

Technology may further advance to things like breath sample tests in the future. This is an evolving technology, but society wants and needs this technology. Governments needs to be held accountable for the effects of legalizing marijuana, on the safety of it's citizens.

Debate is good for stocks - it creates volume and volatility. Since this stock is over 90% owned by insiders, sellers are on the wrong side of the trade.

Thank you for that. I think that SpinDx will be used as a screening tool and then those that have a high THC level will have to take a blood test. The blood test is expensive and time consuming relative to SpinDx so this saves police departments money and police officers time from writing up drivers who turn out not to be impaired. For now, blood tests remain the 'gold standard' for cannabis testing.

Energy Manager Energy Manager 3 semanas hace
No, because this has been the debate for a long time. The oral fluid sample test is the best option we have to date, and is a much better option than a zero tolerance.

The U.S. department of Transportation has felt strongly enough to apply a cut-off limit for THC at 4ng/ml, and Germany has followed suit. This will be an evolving issue, and I'm sure there will be further debate. It may be that oral fluid tests are initially used as a compliment to Drug Recognition Experts. We know that marijuana use impairs driving, I don't think anyone will argue that. There were similar arguments when the alcohol breathalyzer became mainstream - people argued that daily drinkers had a better tolerance for alcohol, and were better drivers, despite their BAC levels.. People argued that if you consumed a large meal, or drank coffee, took a shower, etc., that your driving would not be impaired by drinking alcohol. It's simply not the case.

Don't second guess yourself on this...

Quick Lifeloc thoughts:

- Believe it or not, Friday was the largest volume day in over 6 months. Sadly all the volume was on the sell side. I can't fathom who is still selling shares at these prices with all the upcoming events.

- Does anyone actually believe Cannabix is currently worth 4 times the value of Lifeloc? Is the Cannabix marijuana breathalyzer device worth 4 times that of the entire Lifeloc alcohol breathalyzer business and the SpinDx drug detection device? Not a chance. It shows you the value of providing updates and having concern for shareholder value.

- I still think that AXON who has emerged as a standout player in the tech-driven future of public safety would be a great merger and/or acquisition partner. AXON is valued at 5,000 times that of Lifeloc. AXON could partner or merge with Lifeloc for pocket change.

- I really would like to see some updates from management about the development status of the SpinDx. There has not been any buying interest in this stock for months. Sometimes I feel like I am the only investor that has any bids in and continues to buy shares. Can we please get some new investor interest in this company? You would think with Vern getting up there in age and being the largest shareholder by far, he would push a bit for putting out some updates and want to get things moving.

- Thinking into the future - Since the SpinDx device has the capability of testing 64 different assays, I can't help but think this would be a fantastic device for hospitals to have on hand for a quick test of not only drugs of abuse but things like Lymes disease, mold toxins, covid, viral and bacterial infections, etc. 64 potential tests is more than adequate to pre-screen a patient and determine what might be the issue.

“With states getting out in front of federal legislation relating to marijuana specifically,” he said, “do you have any recommendations or ideas or technologies that we can start to implement that would detect a more instantaneous level of impairment?”

I think we all know of a certain technology called the SpinDx that is capable of detecting an instantaneous and quantitative level of impairment. Sadly it's only a handful of people that know about this device. We are in the sweet spot for dissemination of this information.

"Though there’s no widely agreed-upon way to test impairment by drivers at a roadside stop, efforts to develop and deploy field tests that screen for recent use have become more urgent in recent years."

"The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), for instance, is planning to convene government officials, forensics experts, academics, industry representatives, law enforcement and standards organizations in April for what it describes as “an open and candid discussion” about “the path forward to realize meaningful cannabis breathalyzer technology and implementation.”

This NIST event is the absolute perfect time and place for LIfeloc to start introducing the SpinDx device to those that are waiting for it.

Traffic Safety Official Emphasizes Need For Roadside Marijuana Testing At Congressional Transportation Hearing. We should start to see an uptick, as the debate begins. There's a lot of stimulus coming in the next few months - trade shows, conventions, NIST meeting, Congress, Beta testing, Quarterly/Yearly reports.

It won't be long before the media starts to gain attention, and report on this... The much needed focus on transportation safety, as a result of legalization/decriminalization of marijuana in the United States.

After further review, Lifeloc measures delta-9-THC which is more relevant to current impairment. Drager's test is less useful for current impairment and that is the issue several of the articles talk about, the inability of cannabis tests to tell if the subject is currently impaired. Another advantage for Lifeloc!
👍 2
Energy Manager Energy Manager 4 semanas hace
Lifeloc has demonstrated down to 5 ng/ml, and is working on narrowing that down. Draeger's device is pass/fail only - very similar to a pregnancy test strip that turns a different color if positive, vs Lifeloc's SpinDx device giving an xx ng/ml quantitatively. I expect Lifeloc's initial release to be a pass/fail, and later update to a quantitative disc, ultimately end product being a quantitative device as a breathalyzer unit - adding quantitative discs for additional drugs of abuse, with endless sales of consumable discs, collection kits, and firmware upgrades. $$$$$

Lifeloc has existing sales of their alcohol breathalyzers all over the world - to over 65 countries. If customers want consistency in a product, I would say Lifeloc has that wrapped up.

If Lifeloc makes it another year without being acquired by Draeger, it could quite possibly eventually acquire Draeger....

Seems like Lifeloc has some catching up to Drager if Drager can measure down to 5 ng. Also, seems like those other companies can already test for other drugs. I really hope they can raise that other 750k so they can move things along faster.

Wanted: A test for THC impairment - Indiana was originally going to set the cut-off limit for THC at 5ng/ml, but amended it to using the saliva test for THC as a complimentary means to sobriety tests, weaving, blood tests, etc., until the science is better understood...

That is a very good pay day for Lifeloc but this is exactly what we need to be seeing. Large orders for new product. Someone at LIfeloc deserves credit for securing this large of a purchase order. Nice job! See picture below:

I did reach out to the organizers of the NIST event and according to the rep Tara Lovestead:

"Representatives from Lifeloc have already been invited and will be attending"

I would have loved for it to have said will be presenting and attending but at least we can confirm that they will be present. That's a step in the right direction.

I would love to hear from Lifeloc, and see if they plan on attending the open forum presented by NIST on “the path forward to realize meaningful cannabis breathalyzer technology and implementation.”

It sounds like NIST is making their agency available to partner with industries and others, to make this technology a reality. I would think that Lifeloc would certainly want to be represented at this forum, as well as Hound Labs, and Cannabix. NIST says there's more information about the forum to come...

It does appear that the article you posted yesterday brought in some much needed buy side volume.

Question still remains if Lifeloc will be attending, presenting, exhibiting, or just be involved. The obvious answer is yes to everything. They are 40 minutes away from this 2 day event and is the perfect time and place to showcase the SpinDx device and yet somehow I still have doubt that they will do the obvious.

Federal Meeting for Advancing Marijuana Breathalyzer Technology April 16 & 17th in Colorado. Should correlate nicely with Lifeloc's Quarterly Report. The meeting is in Lifeloc's backyard. Should be interesting...

Coming this spring - the debate continues... I can remember back in the 1970's, they had the same debate on alcohol breathalyzers... Now they are the standard. I can tell you that when I was in my 20's, I occasional smoked marijuana for about a year. During that time, I can tell you that there was no way in hell that It was safe for me to get behind the wheel of an automobile after using marijuana.

There's a January 2024 story about how Colorado Biolabs opened a plant in California. They make iron supplements and Adam Kashenberg is the CEO. I would guess that most of his net worth is tied up in the company. While I would have liked at least a token purchase of Lifeloc stock by him I can sort of understand why he does not own any.

Diamond Bridge has the first right of refusal on future debenture financing, so most likely, any future funding could possibly come from them. The terms were very good, 8.25% loan is good terms for business loan, as I have stated before, and it is unsecured, and relatively non-dilutive - except for the warrants, which were used to "sweeten the deal" I'm sure. It also gives Lifeloc the flexibility to issue more warrants to Diamond Bridge, if they opt for future, interest only payments.

As far as Adam Kashenberg - he will be compensated as all other Directors of Lifeloc. Insiders buy and sell stock for a variety of reasons, and we do not know anything about his current financial status. As far as I'm concerned, it's irrelevant at this point.

Yes, the stock, as any stock, would benefit from a rise in share price. Lifeloc is a small company, with a very small share structure and float. It sometimes will go days without a single trade, and this illiquidity is unattractive to most investors. The share price would definitely benefit from some positive news from the company, thus increasing volume and price - which would most likely attract new investors and traders. With an increase in share price in the future, the stock would greatly benefit from a stock split, thus increasing shares in a non-dilutive manner, as well as help it meet requirements for uplisting.

As far as the video for the alcohol breathalyzer goes, I believe it was a smart business decision. The alcohol segment of their business has almost completely funded the development of the SpinDX device, and to abandon that, would not be a smart move, particularly showcasing the advancements and capabilities of the LT7 and LX9 to date. It also opens doors to future videos and marketing for the SpinDx device by the production company.

I believe there has been an abundance of shares being sold short in January. Whether this is Diamond Bridge putting a sell trade on, to protect them from downside risk, I don't know. But, I try not to micro-manage every small thing in my investments. Yes, it's good to stay on top of your investments, but I believe there are big things to come here, and that is what we should all focus on...

Adam Kashenberg was added to Lifeloc's Board of Directors in July. He has had plenty of time to understand the inner workings of the SpinDx Drug detection device and grasp the concept.

Let me ask you this - why haven't we seen an insider share purchase from him in this price range of the low $3.00's. Only 2 reasons:

- He is restricted from doing so

- He does not believe that Lifeloc is a worthy investment in the low $3.00 range.

We know from one of the recent filings that he does not own any shares in Lifeloc. Don't you think he would want to get involved with some type of investment into the stock? Especially in the low $3.00 range?

I know a way they could easily raise the much needed $750,000. Get the stock above $6/share so that the warrants are in the money by at least a dollar or more. And do you know how to get the share price to trade above $6 - provide updates on the SpinDx progress and get traders/investors interested and excited. Every single time Cannabix provides an update, they see a rise in stock prices. Cannabix hired a PR team to disseminate info and it works.

If you ask the same friends/associates when the stock price has risen and they can see Lifeloc providing updates, I would think they would be more inclined to participate as would anyone.

So based on the D they filed they still need to raise another 750k. Do you know anyone who would take an 8.25% interest rate with warrants? I've been asking friends/associates, so far no luck. Maybe several people at 100k or so each?

The cost to create this video is not inexpensive. No one cares about the LT7 breathalyzer model. I think we all could agree that it would have been a much better use of resources to show us how the SpinDx device is going to work and provide us some updates.

The stock has been lined with sellers and not a buyer to found. Cannabix provides updates and is rewarded every time with a bump in stock prices. Why is so difficult for Lifeloc to give us an update? This is why there is zero interest in the company or the stock. I just continue to think Lifeloc can do better.

This is simply a first step, in what will hopefully grow into a much broader, and more aggressive approach to their product branding.

This past summer, Lifeloc appointed Adam Kashenberg to it's board of directors. Supposedly, he is well versed in social media sales and marketing. It's a start, and I doubt Lifeloc would blatantly invest time and money into a marketing endeavor, and not follow through with it. I would expect to see this marketing expand very quickly of their oral fluid device, once it is released.

This is a time to get excited about the near future, not frustrated. Lifeloc has made monumental progress in their product development, and is now preparing for production of their device. With their provisional patent filed in August, they basically are on a tight timeline to file for a nonprovisional, full patent in the next 6 months.

Lifeloc has un-doubtedly made the correct decision to focus their efforts to oral fluid testing for the near term. Oral fluid testing is the current trend in drug testing, and Lifeloc's device will be at the forefront, with one of the only devices available, giving a quantitative reading of THC.

It appears that Lifeloc has hired Noble Bison Productions to create a video for their LT7 and LX 9 breathalyzer devices. Noble Bison Productions is a company out of Denver, Colorado who is a story-driven video production company providing fully developed professional production services.

It's a good start but sadly I don't think it will be seen by many people unless they have an advertising and marketing plan in place which I don't see happening.

When comparing the SpinDx to other drug detection devices, are we able to answer the following questions:

- Will the SpinDx device be the most comprehensive drug testing device on the market? With 64 potential tests on 1 disk, is there anything else on the market that is capable of testing that many different drugs?

- Will the price of $25 per disk/test be the most cost effective price on the market? Any idea what the other drug testing devices charge per test?

- Will the SpinDx device be the only drug detection device that is able to measure levels of impairment and produce quantitative results?

- Is the SpinDx device the only device that we know of that will collect a sample and get the results locally within minutes? Is there anything else on the market that can produce results from a saliva sample in less than 10 minutes?

Thanks!
