"Through our first Solesence product launches, our patented and proprietary Active Stress Defense Technology is being well received in the market," commented Nanophase CEO and President Jess Jankowski. "We are awaiting feedback regarding follow-on volume for 2019. Solesence revenue made up more than 10% of our total revenue over the past two quarters, and we expect ongoing sales from our initial launches, plus revenue from a new clients' upcoming launch, to have a positive impact on Q4 results."

Third Quarter 2018 Financial Highlights

-- Revenue for the third quarter was $4.0 million in 2018, compared to $2.8 million in 2017.

-- The net loss for the quarter was $136,000 in 2018, or $0.00 per share, compared to a net loss for the quarter of $643,000, or $0.02 per share, for 2017.

Nine Months Ended September 30, 2018 Financial Highlights

-- Revenue for the first nine months of 2018 was $11.0 million, vs. $9.9 million reported during the same period of 2017.

-- The NET LOSS for the first nine months of 2018 was $1.0 million, or $0.03 per share, compared to a net loss of $0.6 million, or $0.02 per share, for the comparable period of 2017.

-- The Company finished the quarter with approximately $1.0 million in cash and cash equivalents.

Jankowski continued, "Our nine-month results were negatively impacted by what we believe was an anomalous first quarter, and for Q318, residual launch costs, and catch-up volume discounts accompanying the rapid growth from our largest personal care ingredients customer. I do own the stock. Basically all that needs to happen is sign more customers.... product is there... just get more traction.

The numbers are out, and the price should continue climbing from today's close of .45. This is the third straight year of revenue growth. The company is debt-free, and profitability is in sight. There are lots of new products entering the pipeline and more on the drawing board. The stock was trading as high as the $2 range before the recession, and it's in better shape now. As long as the economy stays on track, the price WILL triple (or better) by this date in 2015.

Check the new 8-K form on OTC Markets, change in directors. Jerry K. Pearlman, resigned just like that ... immediately.

Next quarter we'll be in black numbers if they will be able to maintain current strategy.

Hopefully, this quarter would be 3rd successful in the line with higher revenue and zero loss.

Price is quite low right now, with "safe floor" on 0.30$ with bid for about 100k shares

Insiders exercised their stock options which gives us a bit of confidence. Much better would be if they would buy more, but we need to be patient.

Earnings should be reported on August 1st, so there's plenty of time to silently accumulate shares and wait for quarter results.

According to SEC filings, few insider BUY transactions takes place in last few days.

3 officers bought almost 75k shares, which is not much.

It's probably good sign but without news we can only guess what's their point. Probably just to calm down shareholders or to support market price before new emission of shares.

More insider buy transactions with much more than 75k shares will send a good signal to investors and most likely help increase volume along with share price.

Well, they f*cked up previous Q again ...
No light at the end of tunnel. But wait, there is one and it's gettinig closer. I hope this is not approaching train.

Anyway, interesting thing is why Whitmore is keep buyng, why. Does he know something ? If he knows, company should let us all know in Q-10 or perhaps in conference call this Friday. Or he just want to make this company private ? Or is there something smelly in this company, hiding something ?

Anyway, stock will for sure sink againg like it did couple months ago.
