It's hard to find information on this stock and if it is actually trading? Is this the same company as Newpoint Financial Corporation Delaware? I have a stock certificate for a number of shares and I'm trying to find out the value if any.

Yea, I was hoping someone on here might have shares that they wanted to dump. Called my broker and they weren't able to find any open sell orders, even ones that were below 100 shares.

Been waiting on KPAY forever it seems.

I've been trying to grab 1 share in a few accounts. no good. Bid was .40 when I placed open order at $1. Hoping I'll get a fill eventually, but who knows.

P.S. you probably know about KPAY, if not check out filings. may be worth a few $. Then again, maybe not.
