I guess the biggest issue for us bag holders is what kind of restructure will the company do regarding outstanding share count. They have screwed us before.

It will be this FIRST HALF of this year we will get current and hopefully the CE as well.


Once this is complete this will catapult to a penny to start.

What is wrong with you - NPHC hasn't filed any financial information in 2 years.

How are they going to remove the CE - Deitsch was slapped around by the SEC and banned from any involvement in securities.

"Deitsch and McManus are both “permanently enjoined” from committing further violations of the Securities and Exchange Act. Deitsch is additionally banned from being an Officer or Director of a company for three years."

After 3 years Deitsch has to apply to the SEC to become an Officer or Director of any public company.

We have to know FIRST what caused the CE and then company works on getting rid of ofose issues that caused it and once this is done

Time as to when ? this is depending on the company's timeframe and the process. I am not worried about both of those as I have lots of time to wait. Strongly thing that the worse is behind us and the long wait is also behind us. My target is now 12 months max or less

You’re missing one of the biggest factors in this equation…..the “CE” status.

I highly doubt that comes off at all, but if it does, the best comparison I can come up with is this…

It’s like you showed up for the Super Bowl, but pre-season hasn’t even started.

Even better, You may have shown up for Super Bowl LXI yet Super Bowl LIX isn’t scheduled until February 9th 2025.

He said he made 20% profit and took out initial speculation. That's laughable. I ended up with 5k in here watched it head to a penny and a half all while say somethings not adding up with the "audit", which gave me $75,000 at the peak and cashed out all but 2 mil shares for 20k profit (400%)once it started dumping and I knew it was a fool for getting greedy. Straight pump n dump that just ran when every OTC stinky pinky did. That was the euphoria stage in psychology of a market cycle, pretty simple and interesting graph to look at. It's pretty easy to pick a shill out now, for starters they typically spend all their time on one board such as himself.

His theory is a load of shit, he can’t understand a retail investor being resentful or revengeful for loosing money to a scam ticker….I mean really who is trying to get shares here? I read his posts for years and he did the old flip flop. I could remember when he was resentful….now we are going to .12.
