looks very interisting to me, why would go daddy buy them out? Currently selling their own stock for $80.00 a share. Looks like they might need a shell for some new venture, Go daddy, spent boatload of $$$ to acquire it. Gonna pick up a small position to see where it goes.

Facebook IPO was a disaster. Class action lawsuits. Who cares about how much money someone has. What a great story to highjack a pinky shell with the same name and rise from the bottom silently. Would be one of the greatest plays ever. Cheap too. it's a lotto play. May not even be related. I do like that it's current. Good luck $$$

Of course we are all entitled to our own opinions, I'm just curious what you are basing yours off of other than the name and the website? Mine are based in the fact that the founder was the head of Google wallet and a paypal senior exec, so I'm thinking he has deep pockets and access to even deeper ones. What reasons would he have to start as a penny stock?

Keep what current exactly? They are not the same company, that has already been proven. The guy who started this is not going to have issues with funding, he could probably just find it himself. They will not go the penny stock route, he will do a real IPO.

It is indeed true that they quoted Spyrologics without me bringing it up but without being able to phone them as all the numbers I can find come up disconnected you don't know whether some young kid is replying to you or someone senior

I got an auto email from them asking about my submission and was I satisfied lol. Anyways, I saw you PM and what everyone is missing is.............NO SH*T this isn't the same company!! It's about the reverse merger IMO into this shell. Everyone else is getting replies on more detail about PNYTF than a private company on Cali should know lol. Funny how they know sprylogics and the new company name.....why???? Because they delt with Brad Murray over the domain name because He still owns the domain name who is Senior VP of Tech.Also what is odd is the company name was Multiplied Media which changed its name to Poynt Corp aka PNYTF.

PNYTF 6.9milly bid @ 0002. Poynt.com has done biz with PNYTF. Shareholders own the domain and emails are being told by Poynt the names of PNYTF and the name change lol funny why and how Poynt.com knows this info. Even mypoynt.com directs to Poynt.com
