from what it looks like to me, someone or a few market makers are loading up at the bid or swapping at the bid

same price action for two weeks now btwn .0012-.0020

this isnt moving until news and big buying at the ask

FUNDING NEWS/UPDATES is probably what will be needed for next leg up

i still think RITE can become a monster play in the OTC

hopefully there is a plan to uplist to OTCQB in 2025

Man and just when I thought this board was dead.... not saying the pump and dump was dead just that the board was... as it generally loses interest later in the night.. a later timezone has it's benefits..... not a lot of posters on this for it to move much . well run penny scams typically have a few more pumpers on it than the few here ( and some with multiple accounts). this turd needs some help.
A bit of advice from someone who has made a nice haul form USXP, PAIM and a few others.... let this turd sink back into the trip 0s.... let folks start to load up again...and then , wait for it..... just as you release news ( and there better be a stack of NRs lined up) buy... yes pumpers buy.... and watch this little pig fly. stop dumping this is a penny play if played right. but so far it can't get half the way to half that. you all could have almost doubled your money with less effort and angst...you all seem constipated on this board.... and i understand ... the rental-CEO just does not have it in him...

The MACD is curling back upward on the 3,6, and 12 month chart and is set to cross the SMA tomorrow into Monday.

Tomorrow could be a strong reversal day if we can get some bid support and close green on the day.....would bode very well going into next week.

You really only have three options:

1. Double your meds.

2. Sell your shares in this pump n dump.

3. Halve your meds.

I note that ad hominem attacks typically come from pumpers when their pumps are failing to work or Unfortunately, from those innocent people who were suckered by the pump bought in at the high and have now lost most of their money. Learn from your mistakes.

I wonder if anyone has considered why Rite would want to sell off the unverified and newly acquired mineral rites? Why don't the try to invest a few billion shares to get new sampling (audited of course)? it makes for a great penny scam story if they don't do something more legit with the rights to these decades old claims that oddly never have been mined..... hmmm makes one wonder.

Cool Opinion there ... but as everyone can see that any services are paid out in shares.... and those shares were then exercised on specific date. So you seem to have it backwards there. ...they were not buying shares to 'invest' in RITE ...they were already given the Class C shares....... IMO

I asked yesterday and was given this response:

"The Management Certification is a new requirement imposed by OTCMarkets for companies that trade under their auspices. Previously, they had required an attorney certification unless the company was audited, and that has now been changed to a management certification required for all companies.The 15c2-11 is unrelated to the management certification requirement. This is something that is exclusive to a sponsoring broker-dealer who wishes to make markets in a company's stock.

The 15c2-11 is a document which a market maker files with FINRA attesting to the adequacy and accuracy of a company's public disclosures which explains why the Form 10 filing was of such paramount importance to the brokerage community to have on file. Obviously, the Form 10, once accepted by the SEC, is determinative as to the adequacy of available information as far as the SEC is concerned..

We did not have a chance to circulate this answer to the president for his review since he is presently out of town in meetings with the Company's bankers and refineries. But, rather than hold up our reply, we have shared with you our knowledge on the subject, and will endeavor to pass along your question and our response to him just to afford him the opportunity to add something if he so chooses.

$432,000,000/ 20,000,000,000 is .0216

$0.0216 per share if you are just using that audited value of one asset divided by 20B shares

less liabilities of around $5 million, thats $427M/20B--.02135 thats $0.021

based of that number given which was around 16.5B shares

$432/16.5B --.0261 or $.0261
$427/16.5B-- .0258 or $.0258

pretty simple math is you ask me

the book value number of $.031 that they presented in the press release already takes into account dilution, i guess you DONT UNDERSTAND this

they are also gearing up for a REG-A filing and possibly a REG-S filing

FORM 10-12g is what was NEEDED for this process to begin

they are also looking to raise up to $1.5 million to cover other costs and business plans plus another acquisition.

updates on 15c2-11 and funding will dictate things going forward IMO

Hey everybody, do the math.

$432M divided by 4.35B is almost $0.10 per share -- the Company said $0.03 -- so management has already taken into consideration that there might be as many as 14B shares out at some point. And anyone who has done research on the old NMC releases has reason to believe it's more than $432M but the Company and the AUDITOR stuck with $432M

Every wonder why the Company hasn't talked about numbers matching NMC's former disclosures -- maybe it's the rule change that the SEC put out in 2018 -- you know, the information that was posted on the Q & A side of the website back on 9/30/24.

The data is all there -- read the reports. There is even a section in the initial Form 10-12 that talked about dilution.

I am sorry to say but you are the one who is reading impaired.

Those are PURCHASES made by Burgauer from the COMPANY....THAT IS, HIM INVESTING HIS OWN MONEY INTO THE COMPANY....NOT SELLING SHARES INTO THE MARKET! Look at the total preferred outstanding BEFORE and AFTER. The math is even done for you.

Maybe you are the one who should learn to read before you attempt to impose your erroneous opinions on others......

And you might also want to make note that the other buyers are repeat buyers as well --- not just random people --- and some of the names appear on the website as Company advisors --- maybe you should think MANAGEMENT TEAM?

So, Burgauer and his cronies are investing their money into the Company which is cleaning up the books, announcing acquisitions, filing a FORM 10, and engaging an investment banker....hummmmmm

The comedy and desperation of the pumpers here is entertaining. I really wish i had cashed in my last block of shares over .003 but i guess I'm stuck here for now. can't wait to see how they craft up the next NR...prolly sumpn about selling off their newly acquired mineral claims that they paid shares for ..that are unproven and at best in their wildest dreams would get them about 3c per share if they stop diluting . My hope is that they find a legit buyer like some Canadian penny company eh? one that offers them cash and shares and convertables... eh? but then it falls through at the last minute ... end of story.. these penny scams need to be a bit better ...

why would you fib about the CEO not selling i actually posted the dates where our renta-CEO sold last year and their on document that proved it.... and for as long as this stock stood at .0001 anyone could look at the charts and see there is a play here ...

Don't get me wrong.... there is nothing wrong with holding on.... I sold most my shares since I felt a 250% gain was pretty nice , and if/when this gets over .0034 i'll be selling the rest. I would of held earlier but it was clear they were running out of powder with how they rolled out the string of outstanding news.... felt like a pretty good excuse to me.
