This stock has zero chance of ever getting on nasdaq, unless ceo croaks or leaves. He is not capable.

I'd say it's fairly valued here considering the lack of growth. Company should be bought out for a premium.

Although this is true, they also don't seem to care about the stock itself.  It just kind of flounders around most of the time.  It's been a great flip year after year, but holding long would age you quickly.  

RJDG has just aquired a company with cash to expand their products and area. No debt, cash in the bank, profitable finally, only 359 million shares including 83 million held by officers and growing revenue since inception. It's treated me well time and time again.  Do I wish that amped the stock up, yes, do I care that much, no.

Looking at the 10K I think they spent about $150K for the assets they bought.

If they used undervalued stock (selling for less than Tangible Book Value) rather than a small part of the cash balances they have built, there should be a shareholder revolt.

10-Q should be out within the next few days unless they file for an extension. Information on the recent aquisition should be fully explained. We believe the aquisition was paid for with cash. Expecting nearly 1.7 million in revenue.

Note: this is a new CEO that just took over the company (bought the company). Share structure of the company is very reasonable.

Q1 ended november 30th. RJDG doesnt have to file for 45 days after the quarter ends plus an extra 5 days if needed.

The company 10Ks show no deferred salary in the last several years. Since they have begun to have profitable operations they pay themselves on a current basis in cash.

Company management has a history of deferring their salaries and taking shares instead.   Deferring salaries artificially increases net income as you are not booking any payroll expense in that year). The Balance Sheet should show accrued payroll but for this company, that only happens right when they decide to book it.

The annual amendment changed the number of shareholders also. The cfo was off because of an accident, they might have fudged the numbers until he got back, otc companies don't seem to worry about these issues. We will find out about these issues shortly.

Paying cash for an asset does not affect the P&L.

I suspect they did a poor job of estimating the cost of a construction project and did progress billing along the way at key completion targets. When the job was completed they had to book a loss on the project.

Remember they were not able to release an accurate FY 2024 P&L and had to restated that. In a prior quarter the prior year column reflected whole dollar amounts but the current year had dollars and cents. Simple Excel worksheet setting to reflect no numbers after a decimal.

These guys really need to tighten up the quality and creditability of their financial reporting. This would include transparency on the asset purchase costs and terms and how they preannounced a revenue number and then missed by $300K just weeks later.

At a price of $.0066 today the company has a market cap of just under $2.4 million. For $790K they could repo 1/3 of the o/s and have insiders control the company. With a 8-31-24 Tangible Book Value of $.0084 why are they sitting on their hands???

Did rjdg pay cash for jsi ! Could be the reason for the terrible 4th Q . Still did $1.3 in revs.

AND they have a reserve set up for the $375K of income tax shelter impact from NOLs in prior years.

The only reason you would do that is if you don't think you will use them before they expire. The life on those is 20 years from the year they were generated.

This does not inspire confidence.

I do hope they release early and not hold back until the last minute.

At 8-31-24 the Net Tangible Book Value was $.0084. They have allowed the stock to trade below that for a while without doing any mop up repos so I assume that Q1 is going to be weak.

They did miss revs by $300K in Q4, just weeks after they preannounced it. Then they did not explain any details of the shortfall but did quickly tell us about the big orders we could expect soon.

This is the quarter we should see some indication of the terms of the asset purchase and a discussion of the P&L impact in Q1.

And the company stopped so they could restate the FY 2024 earnings report for a rookie mistake.

This quarter really requires some transparency on some of these issues.
