Their technology was stolen and sold worldwide for multiples of $$$Billions so there is No Company left

If more companies did what SECI just did and just folded up shop....Hedge Funds would have no companies to screw...and the SEC might be forced to actually do something to keep OTC trading alive

I was always interested in this ticker because of the very small Outstanding Share count so held funds back to pounce should they ever trade again

Now I can move my money to something else Ive been eying

SECI filed their 10K late from 2007 thru 2017, from 2018 thru to 2023 they filed on time. The latest 10K filing was on Aug 13th 2007.

The only reason they would go back to Pink Current trading now.....would be to sell shares like every other Scam OTC Company

Going back in Sector10's filings history starting in 6/27/2008 when SKRM changed it's ticker to SECI they have been filing un-audited 10Ks all the way thru to 2023. This year will be the 1st time in their history that the 10K will be audited, so hopefully that does mean they are doing a "Reboot" "New Beginning" for SectorX.

At this point I dont think it will matter what news the Company puts out

If at any point the Share price hits $1/share ....FINRA will place a U3 HALT on the stock to protect the Hedge Funds (Naked Shorts) from losing any money


New (Conservative) Management in charge of FINRA and the SEC is the only thing that will put an end to the corruption of the regulators and sent the overtly corrupt managers at these agencies where they belong....LEAVENWORTH

They are already sitting on the Expert Market untradeable....they cant be penalized any further I dont think

Expecting an Audited 10K this month (every 10K has been in June)

Audited should get the ticker Pink Current....and depending on Market Valuation of the Company....we should see some nice upwards movement

Not even mentioning the Naked Shorts that have wiped the share price to .0001 and the "potential" squeeze


Im thinking there may also be a Forward Split (200:1?) to get some liquidity in the shares and keep MM's interested

Even at 200:1 ....the Outstanding would only be 60 million shares

Come on Pericles ...... Keep the Dream alive lol

I agree, the 300k O.S is key to how well this does after the re-launch, they have over 6-million shares in wait. I hope they hold off on using them until after they get established again in the market.

Lets compare a couple of CEOs, we have Elon Musk, just 1 of his companies ( Tesla) has a market cap of over 1/2 of a trillion dollars! So lets compare! Pericles DeAvila company Sector 10 has a whopping market cap of 15 hundred dollars, however a doubt if Elon knows more than 2-Languages, where Pericles can speak ( supposedly) 5-languages!! So move over Elon for the real King of Wall Street..

Well, we are coming up on 10-months since "Mr. Five Languages" put out a Pr. suggesting all the things that were being considered in order to help Sector 10 become a company of profit and move the pps up. Nothing he promised has come to fruition, at this point he might as well take down the website and quit filing.

Why would they get revoked?

They are updating the share structure at least weekly and are filing their quarterly reports in a timely manner according to FINRA regulations

They are trading "CE" but are still listed Pink Current....and although there is No Trading....it can still be traded outside of the US Markets

It costs the Company money to take these steps so IMVHO they have plans for sometime in the Future

Your Company/Companies are about to be convicted of IP theft and probable RICO violations which will not only Bankrupt your Companies...but most likely send several key players to Leavenworth for decades

Suddenly the entire case is "swept under the carpet" and the Plaintiff vanishes into obscurity
