President "drill baby drill" doesn't support alternative forms of energy, which probably doesn't bode well for geothermal. But, since Depp Power apparently doesn't exist and Andrew Van Noy is apparently a life-long scammer, I guess it's a moot point.

I called up another business listed in that bldg. Asked the person if there was a business named Deep Power on the 4th floor. She said the bldg does have a 4th floor. She looked up the registry and said there is no business named Deep Power in their bldg. I verified the address to be sure their business was at the same bldg address.

Looking like Trump is going to energize the Energy providers. Maybe that can translate into that Deep Power technology SFLM was rumored to be associated with. But I can't find where Deep Power is even an active businesses model or technology.

As I posted here some weeks ago, Chad will either be successful in securing the capital needed to implement the stated plan - which didn't change between the statements in 2022 and 2023 - or he can sell the shell for around $500K and it will become another company with name change and ticker change.

The existing ticker could also get run up by a group - regardless of anything Chad says or does - but in the process he would get some cash if he sold shares during any move - as probably happened when it peaked at .0029 gone / .0030 up last time.

To remain OTC Pink Limited on current rules to end-June 2025, he will need to reverify the company profile and file the 2024 Annual Report by April 2025.

Attorney Opinion Letters are no longer required - they are being replaced by an Annual Management Certification which can be done from January 31, 2025 which presumably also verifies the Company Profile.

On a different note GEGI has a similar SS and they let it go dark. I don't understand this type of MGMT. Not sure why they buy ticker symbols they do nothing with.

SFLM had a bounce last October...I could'a punched out but I'm greedy. If you missed October...it's wait and see...painfully I might add.
The OTC website recently monetized the free option we had of clicking on the Securities Counsel's name and seeing a list of all the clients...not anymore...unless you want to pay.
Since we have no pandemics worth a check in the mail from Uncle Sugar the OTC is pretty much stagnant like a swamp...IF they re-schedule pot and pass Safe banking (big if) we could see some new or revived pot tickers...which in the beginning SFLM was a pot play...

What really blows my mind is that even the lawyers signing off on OTC scams aren't held accountable for seemingly anything. After all, aren't lawyers supposed to.... umm ... abide by laws?

SFLM and GEGI have the same legal counsel by the way.

Seeing what transpired with GEGI, and knowing the same group is involved here, is enough to loose all faith in the future of this company. Unless they sell the shell to an actual legitimate business entity. You know, one with a plan, and builds investor value. Otherwise a fake pump is the only way we'll get out without a big loss here IMO.

Just a few short months until these clowns miss another filing deadline, and then it's off to expert market we go. To be honest, it seems like an appropriate punishment for holding this godforsaken thing as long as I have. Just take what's left of my money and let me move on. 

Let's face it the elite look out for the elites. Like George Carlin said, it's a big club and we ain't in it. It was proven in the past the intelligence agencies used penny stocks to launder money. I think it's still happening. That's why there's such lax oversight. Ever notice the big penny stock bust are usually errant retail traders who orchestrated a pump and dump, just like the big bust about 20 years ago that involved IHUB insiders. That's when Art2gecko disappeared.

And to think the SEC is a publicly funded entity. Paid for by US residents. For shame they've been propping up these crooked CEO's like Chad McKay for years! If the Board of Education is being considered on the chopping block, let's put SEC up too🤷🏻‍♂️ They do little to protect retail investors from scammers other than their statement it's risky to play in the OTC. Kind of seems like the safe Harbor statements these companies hide behind. 

But it wouldn't be so risky if the scammers were shut down. Current management of this company should absolutely have to answer for their shenanigans IMO!

I saw someone on another board call a stock "canned piss" because the company hasn't updated shareholders in 11 months. I wonder what that makes SFLM?

We haven't heard from Chad in over a year. Plus, he hasn't filed anything with OTC since March 2023. Oh, and he is also a few months away from owing 2 years of back taxes.

Maybe SFLM is vacuum sealed vomit? 😂

I still say that commission is in place to protect scam companies. Just like HR is in place in corporations to protect the corporation.

If only there was a commission that investigated scumbag companies and CEOs, and held them accountable for scamming shareholders. Oh wait....

LFAP SEC registration revoked: *** just read the I-HUB message board where one shareholder lost $30K and another shareholder lost $60K. Anyone reading this post, DO NOT BUY stock in SEC registered companies that are significantly delinquent in filing Financials.

Also the same as the worthless CEO's concern for his shareholders.
