Too lazy at the moment to see how many shares we're giving them (buying them) or the total authorized share count. Don't suppose it matter too much given the current situation. There have been "strategic" dilutions in recent months. Shares have been diluting for pennies. Current stock price is worth even less than that, and basically untradable. To diversify focus and issue shares at this point probably isn't the worst idea. Final Hail Mary before the stock goes to zero? We'll see later today if there is potential for this acquisition to be accretive.

First read: Before everything is final, ShiftCarbon has to complete their audit. Explains why they are late on reporting financials? They are planning to split into three smaller parts. One part will keep making smart devices for cities and businesses (TraceSafe), another part will focus on trading Carbon Credits that help the environment (SHIFF's latest business venture), and the last part will be about recycling batteries (ZCT).

Accumulation in progress. But shares keep coming down from on high, smacking that BID.

Seems to be some BIDDERs out there. Quite a change from recent weeks. We'll see if it touches $0.20 again. Probably won't hold it but we'll see.

124K share volume thus far. Still showing only 5,000 as top bid but it's up to $0.15 now. Next ASK showing is $0.21 but that doesn't mean much with Canadian stocks.

Someone is trying to establish a position here. Slow melt up. Not showing much of a hand here. Could just be impatient retail. That said, might push the price over $0.20 given the illiquidity here.

That 400K Bidder is showing again. 398,272 shares at $0.05. That person is going to have to raise their Bid significantly to get anymore shares.

First time in a long time we're seeing actual BIDs on the US side for UTOLF. We'll see how the business plan "pivot" goes but it smells like we've hit bottom.
