Last time this CON JOB went to the EXPERT MARKET under Smith it sat there for years. Peeps were BURNT bad enough with his HUGE REVERSE SPLIT in March 2022.

Do you want to know why he hasn’t posted financials in awhile? It’s because he has nothing to report on. You can Find all his LLC’s. He had two metal companies, one of which is shut down, his clown sons are running the dispensary in Colorado and it isn’t doing good as we hoped and still huddles to jump. SPOI pays rent to an LLC that Tom owns and he is only using this ticker as a way around all his scams. He isn’t a good guy and an asshole. He has no clue the potential that this stock could bring him if he just played his cards right.

Why does it seem like pretty much all of the OTC CEO's are a bunch of losers?? No updates, no news. If nothing is going on, just say it. Okay I just answered by own question, but why own a public company if you have no plans going forward??

BTW,someone needs to show me just where those Preferred B shares were ever split. Funny, people owned 2M shares well before the RS,right up to the split and after they FINALLY supposedly split those shares last August. Look at the financials and show me WHERE their shares were reduced by 1000. That would be 2,000 shares if you owned 2M pre-split.

SPO completed a 1 to 1000 reverse split of Common Stock on March 29, 2022. Series B Preferred Stock is subject to the same split but was not processed at that time. This was accomplished in August 2022.

I do not know or even pretend to understand what the F is wrong with Tom, but my Attorney tells me that we may have a class action against him for breach of fiduciary duty among other things. I also have been led to believe that the feds may get into it for misrepresentation if the companies he has led us to believe are part of the company are not actually as described. So, would anyone that is interested in joining such a series of actions please send me a private email and lets see what we can do here. I, for one, believe that we have been intentionally led down a path to destruction and don't like it one bit. The silence from Tom is very telling in many respects.

OTOH, Tom, if you wish to avoid the upcoming mess, you might wish to do something positive here before it is too late do do so.

Tom, Don't you know that you stand to make more money than anyone else here? By not filing the accountings, you are BREACHING YOUR FIDUCIARY DUTY to everyone that is involved with this stock. But not only us but to yourself the most. Each time the stock goes up, you stand to make a ton more on it. So what is the deal here? Maybe some of us can help. Maybe some have expertise in growing a company such as this and can take a lead in getting things done. Maybe you are thinking it is bewildering to have to share with us peons ... Stock is something that sharing as it happens is good for everyone, but especially YOU! So please do something. He got what he wanted,he's a billionaire on paper (cost him around $94,000 for those billions of shares) because of the RS and tucking his 3.9B shares safely away in a phony "note" that was untouched by the RS.

Sure, his 3.9B shares are probably restricted for a year but big deal. In March 2023 they'll be ready to DUMP and the BS PR's will start flying right and left once again. Until then it will be total silence around here.

As of now, management has left shareholders in the dark. No updates on anything.

Average daily volume on this CON has gone from 6 million per day six months ago (before the RS) to 595 per day as of this week, just like I predicted it would before this was split.

Soon....this will go zero volume day after day after day.

BTW, between 6/7/22 and 7/15/22 250 MILLION restricted shares have suddenly now become unrestricted. Shareholders of this FRAUD have lost most all of what they put in, per usual when a RS happens.

He got what he wanted,and FAT reverse split while his 4B shares (not even all of his shares) were safely tucked away in a note and not subject to the 1 for 1000 RS. That means he's a BILLIONAIRE on paper and when those 4B shares hit the unrestricted (making it around 7B+) then he can start DUMPING.

This TURD has gone zero volume for 11 days out of about 14,and many of those days were saved from zero volume by a mikey mouse 50-100 share trade. The pre-split break even pps is 0.0011. Most people will need $$$$ to ever get out of this without losing big time. But....reverse splits NEVER work out for shareholders,only the ticker owners who do them.

Hell,this CON JOB ticker was Skull and Crossbones for YEARS after he acquired it (HLNT) before the SEC and trading platforms made all these owners comply last fall.

One trade so far today, pps at 1.10 making for a pre-split break even price of 0.0011. Most people NOW will need $3.00-$6.00 DOLLARS for this to get them to a break even point.

Well, whatever it was, and apparently we will never know, the yield sign is now gone. So, now is the time to buy to average those higher buys months ago. Now that it is clear, this should start and continue to climb !!!!!!!

If it is possible to do without "I told you so", can someone, anyone, tell us what happened today? I don't see any news that would have resulted in this selloff. So, the questions are why do we have a yield sign, and why the selloff? Has Tom ventured any communication on this? Or to be straight to the point, WTF?

Now that the financials are in through March people can see that indeed those 3.9B shares of Tom's were NOT reverse split. He had an additional 100M that were,and the shares him and his wife jointly own and of COURSE all the shares that his shareholders own.

Those 3.9B shares of his that he received from the HLNT buy out are setting in a cozy little note that evidently no one can see what the TERMS are. Maybe that's why OTCM keeps this at a YIELD rating. IF they would have been a part of the RS then the OS today would be in the 8M share range instead of 4.3M shares.

Most other shareholders have been WIPED OUT just like I said they would. There are now 3-5 trades per day just like predicted. SPOI has had several zero volume days just like I said would happen.

The break even pps most days on this pre-split is 0.0015-0.0018. Most shareholders would need this to rise to 3.40-6.00 per share just to break even. Of course with 3-5 trades per day,volume in the dumpster and ZERO VOLUME setting in, who could you sell those 6.00 shares too?

NO ONE.

I agree, appears to be mediocre management at best with keeping shareholders in the dark.
