First not bitching or complaining just saying what I have seen since i have been here since what 2018. I was a strong believer in the beginning. As time has past, my virws have changed because nothing to me has changed. Yes more products but at the root nothing has changed. No I will not buy anymore then what I own. I think i still have 4 or 6 million left. I did make money here about 100k or so through out 2021 and 2022. I'm not selling nor buying. Because the OTC market tends to be cyclical. Perhaps a pump comes and drives the price up, if so I'll sell at my exit price. But I do have a right to say what a I feel and what I believe to be true since inhave done a ton of DD here. Yes, I was a very loud voice for the positive for years but after a while inhad to ask myself, where is the direction. When I ask or email, I get nothing back. Nothing inhave seen the past 2 years has made me believe in Max at all. The company has potential but not with Max. And to answer then question about Max hiring a business team, where are the peole he hired? They don't seem to stay. The root people remain while the business sense people are gone. To me that's a tell tale sign.

VOS x23 A.I. Smart E-Bike. The x23 is designed for the younger generation, providing
them with both a Smart way of transportation and the surety of an embedded tracking

a CATM/LTE telecom network, will auto detect the signal strength between AT&T,
T-Mobile, and Verizon networks. All VOS Phase e-bikes are designed under
Tri Cascade’s in-house ONENET onboarding platform with Microsoft Windows Azure
to track x23 riding behavior and activation, while providing location monitoring
through the VOS mobile App.

The VOS x23 E-Bike provides real-time tracking capabilities, so parents will be able to
know where their kids are, and because this, if the bike is ever stolen, the real-time
tracking system can be easily used to locate where that E- Bike is - even if it the x23 is
moving on the street.

“We have implemented a unique feature with our VOS Phase A.I. Smart E-Bike - Geofencing
- a pre-set destination alert system. As an example, this system allows parents to
input their kid’s school address as the preset location, so when VOS Phase x23 arrives
at the school, it will automatically send an “alert” to the App. of both safe and time
of arrival, and parents will have the assurance that their kid has arrived at school - and it
also transmits when the x23 leaves the pre-set location. While developing the x23, our
development team is actively exploring the possibility of implementing Microsoft A.I.
ChatGPT on our ONENET platform to provide an even more advanced user experience
