Do you know who owns the shares now? I think I remember you mentioning someone who might be the new owner of them. You should find various ways to try and get ahold of them just to see what their plans are. If it’s someone that doesn’t really care about it then you could offer them, let’s say, $200k for the 35 million shares that he/she owns. Would be kind of a fun side gig if the company doesn’t have any liabilities.

I can totally understand why you wouldn’t want to do it though. Maybe the new owner of the shares could show interest in selling somehow.

It is 50 million with a 15 million float, Larry Hargrave the last owner of the shell passed away about 3 years ago, he told me personally on a phone conversation he held almost all of the shares...

I actually talked to a lawyer about this and considered it. I lost interest in doing it myself because I don't know who I'd sell it to.

I don't see why on earth someone does not step to the plate here though eventually. Tiny share structure, I wanted to buy out the former holders shares as well which would take the O/S down to only 15 million if those shares were retired.

Someone should grab this with a custodianship, only thing holding it back is the CE. But we all know you can get rid of the CE...

I’m still holding some TRAE here. You should consider creating a LLC and take this thing over. Do you know if TRAE has any NOL’s? If so, I wonder if you buy this on the cheap and utilize the NOL’s against your GME profits so that it would be tax free income?

My apology. Had my 5min chart up and it shows 2 days. Only problem was only yesterday showed since there were no trades today. I have so many active positions going that I find myself making more errors than usual. But no complaints. Love this recent sub penny party.
