MINIMUM GUARANTEE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH 21st CENTURY

distribution agreement for its animated graphic novel, “StoneAge
Santa” with 21st Century Press of Springfield, MO. This
agreement, which calls for a minimum guarantee of $200,000, is for
3 years and covers both digital (eBook) and print book distribution
rights. 21st Century Press is a leading independent
book publisher with over 20 years of experience in publishing and
distributing children’s and faith-based intellectual
property.
