Vivendi SA (VIV.FR) is in talks with Lazard and Credit Agricole SA (ACA.FR) over hiring them to review a possible sale of the company's 53% stake in Maroc Telecom (IAM.CL), the Financial Times reported on its website Sunday, citing three people with knowledge of the company's plans.

The sale could raise €4 billion ($5.1 billion) according to valuations by some financiers, the FT reported.
