vision care from Evernorth Care Group to their family of
practices.

With this transition, patients will gain access to an expanded
network of conveniently located clinics and surgery centers that
are part of AVP's family of eye care practices, including
Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center, Southwestern Eye Center, Retinal
Consultants of Arizona, Moretsky
Cassidy Laser Correction, Aiello Eye Institue and M&M Eye
Institute. AVP will also continue to provide services in Evernorth
Care Group's Tempe CJ Harris and Phoenix Westridge health care
centers. Several eye doctors from Evernorth Care Group will join
AVP and continue to serve the eye care needs of the patients in our
communities.
