ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Limited (the Company)

Portfolio Update

The Company has received repayment in full of the GBP5.7 million Halycon loan, following a refinancing of the portfolio securing the loan. The repayment is accompanied by interest and fees of approximately GBP0.1 million in aggregate. Additionally, the Company has received a partial GBP1.7 million prepayment of the Quattro loan, following a refinancing of one of the portfolio properties.

Following the change of investment objective and policy approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting in January 2021, the Company expects to make a capital distribution to shareholders and a further announcement will be made in due course.
