Spinnaker Acquisitions plc, a company formed for the purpose of undertaking an acquisition or acquisitions of an interest in a company, business or asset operating in the sustainability and/or energy transition sectors advises that with immediate effect:

   1.   Its registered office is at 60 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0HR 
   2.   Mr Ben Harber FCG of Shakespeare Martineau LLP has been appointed as Company Secretary 

Ben is a qualified Company Secretary with experience spanning over 20 years. He has extensive knowledge and experience of all areas of company secretarial and corporate governance services with a particular focus on public companies quoted on the Main Market, AIM and AQSE.
