Yep. The $4 offering diluted the hell out of the price. Sucks big time as a long time shareholder. Probably a good time to add though. Maybe it will fast track back to $8 quickly.

Considering the situation with the airlines companies and the present situation with the virus, I no longer have much confidence in the future of Flux.

if they have 10m in back orders there must be a few press releases there.
some companies would have 10 press releases on that,
they just don't care about the stock or the shareholders,

Nothing will happen until a buyout.
