There actually is no law to change. Nasdaq just needs to actually enforce the rules it has. If they did, MULN would have been kicked off long ago.

The laws needs to change regarding a reverse split . The frequency of it and the amount. The SEC needs to protect investors but the SEC will not do it . Someone big needs to step up on this issue and use Mullen automotive as an example . IMO
