Does anyone know whom is running this company? I have not found any up dated information.....and their website show no management names.

July 23 they put out an 8K that said they have a Interim Chief Compliance Officer named J.B. and he signed the 8K with another companies name above his signature.

That is a pure example of absolute pure laziness for a compliance officer.
