Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter
the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat
Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery
marketplaces, hereby
reports the
transaction details related to its €150 million share buyback
programme
announced on 18 October
2023.
During the week of 11 March 2024 up
to and including 15 March 2024 a total of 570,773 shares were
repurchased at an average price of €13.1591 on Euronext Amsterdam.
Following the settlement of the above transactions, the Company
will hold 13,450,922 shares in treasury.
Up to and including 15 March 2024,
the total consideration for shares repurchased under this share
buyback programme amounts to €92,808,693.
