American Stock Exchange Lists Common Stock of Cavalier Homes, Inc.
NEW YORK, March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of Cavalier Homes, Inc.
under the ticker symbol CAV. Cavalier Homes, Inc. and its
subsidiaries produce, sell, and finance a wide range of
manufactured homes, serving primarily markets in the South Central
and South Atlantic regions of the United States. Currently, more
than 85% of the homes manufactured by the Company at its seven
plants are multi-sectional, involving more than one floor, which
undergo final assembly on site. For its distribution system,
Cavalier has chosen to build a network of independent dealers,
including independent exclusive dealers, which the Companybelieves
gives it many of the same efficiencies and market presence that
captive retail centers provide to other companies. Cavalier Homes
