are you suggesting that Ackman believes that 4B shares the GOV gets with an exercise of the warrants they own --- is worth say 60 a share (5B x 60 PPS to include our 1B shares) ?

Topline Capital Partners sold 480,000 shares from Dec 27 to Dec 31 ranging from 3.03 to 3.31. However they still own 5.6 M shares.
