Hi Jammy, I actually agree with you on that. My personal opinion is maintain the status quo. Partnerships on a product are not unusual in the pharmaceutical industry. Eliquis , a very successful product, is shared between Bristol Myers Squibb and Pfizer.

It was a great game to watch. Still can't believe we didn't beat Michigan this year. They even had their second string quarterback in for that game. 

I agree here as well. The tax consideration is interesting; if the juniors get a step-up in cost basis to the conversion price that would give John Paulson an enormous windfall indeed.

Thanks Kthomp for responding. I said an immediate large tax bill. I am not sure how a hedge fund a
