Thanks Navy - this seems conservative. $ 20bn pro-forma earnings with 11.8 bn shares outstanding. Look at Farmer Mac AGM which is 80 pct institutionally owned. Seems like you can get to upper teens in valuation in 5 years plus a dividend yield. No need to sell your shares for a long time
