AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading
provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, confirms that
Gary Bullard, Chief Executive Officer, today purchased 200,000
ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 9.35 pence per share for 160,000 shares and
9.32 pence per share for 40,000 shares.
Following these transactions, Mr.
Bullard is now interested in 1,466,667 Ordinary Shares in the
capital of the Company, representing 0.17% of the Company's issued
share capital.
