ANS  Group  has  today been notified that, following the merger and transfer  of  Venture  Capital 
Trusts  previously advised by Rathbone Investment Management Limited to Downing Corporate  Finance 
Limited, Downing Distribution VCT 1 PLC is interested in a total of 402,425 ordinary shares in the 
Company  representing  3.33%  of  the  issued share capital of  the  Company.  The  shares  remain 
registered at BNY (OCS) Nominees Limited.
