Supplementary Prospectus dated 19 January 2024 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") in respect of the GBP5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Coventry Building Society.

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 4 August 2023 relating to the above programme (the "Prospectus").
